    I will let you know a little secret. During cold weather you can keep bananas outside in room temperature and they won't get spoiled or brown. But during summers wrap them in a plastic bag and keep them in fridge, this helps in them not getting brown. I do this all the time. And sorry forgot to say love these videos, you rock

      Usually if you put them in the fridge the skins will brown faster but the banana inside the peel isn't soft and mushy like a traditionally brown banana

      Yeah bananas shouldn’t go in the fridge unless it’s really hot or they go brown way faster, but as said above a plastic bag helps them not brown as fast in the fridge

      Brynne C cold bananas are yummy so I think you can put them in the fridge if you'll be eating them within the day coz skin really turns brown overtime. 🤤

      frozen bananas are a good dessert. slice in rounds, drizzle with a bit of melted chocolate, top with crushed nuts and freeze. Eat frozen. Not a lot of calories if you don't add much chocolate, & it satisfies a craving for dessert. 😊

    I just came across your channel yesterday and subbed immediately. I've been trying to watch all of your videos every chance I get. I love how easy your meals are. Been looking for inspo and motivational videos of weight loss. I've gained about 50 lbs in the last 2 yrs and I'm realizing now that I'm in my 30s that losing weight isn't as easy as it was before.       Krystal Beauty if you want fat loss the best way to do it is by Keto. All her food looked delish, but wayyyyyy too many carbs lmao. You won’t be burning much fat with those kinds of meals. They’re healthy and low cal and they’ll give you energy, but wont do much for actual fat loss.

    Britney I would LOVE to see a video talking about post-workout soreness. Especially for beginners. People say you have to feel the burn and feel the hurt after, but is that absolutely necessary for muscle growth? That's what keeps me from weight lifting.

      Lauren Michelle youll probably be sore as a beginner but as you progress you most likely will stop getting as sore. it also depends how much you do and what you do

      You don't need to feel the burn to build muscle. Train consistently for a few weeks and you won't become sore, if you stick to about the same exercises/movements. Even if u add weight you won't be sore.

    I want to thank you for posting this. I know I'm like a year behind on this but still. I'm a mom of 2 almost 3 and I really want to lose the weight I had gained after I give birth. Yes I know it takes time and eating healthier is definitely the way to go. Those workouts are also great. Don't let any of these people let you down. Keep going and be you.

    Egg whites and salsa are the absolute best!!! I try to eat that at work but my coworkers complain that I stink up the break room making eggs. I’m unable to leave work during my 10 hour shift, so I make good creative things instead of buying frozen crap and ordering in.

    This video helped me lot! I’m struggling with finding an eating balance! I work 2 jobs plus own my own photography business and opening a studio in March. I do find time to workout but some days I’m just so tired! You’re video showed me I can eat healthy but it’s normal and not these elaborate meals! 🙏🏻 I also please do a fat loss video and also can you incorporate a how much time should be spent on working out a week? Whether it be weights/cardio!

    What time do you eat meal 1 & 2? I’ve always had an issue with eating before working out, especially eggs. I have to wait at least 4 hours or else I feel sick when working out.

    Banana tip! Putting bananas in the refrigerator cause them to ripen almost twice as fast. Used to work in a smoothie shop. Love your videos! 💕

    I just found you and I love ALL of your videos! I'm in the DFW area too so it's nice to watch someone in the same area as me. Thank you for doing all of these helpful videos. I for sure want a vid on the fat loss. I am having a HELLA hard time losing belly fat. I had a kiddo 2 years ago and was extremely out of shape even before that and began my fitness journey last year while my husband was deployed and that fat on my belly (and a little everywhere else lol) is just NOT budging. I'm sure my diet is mostly the culprit but I don't eat fried food and if I have to get convenience food I try to get a salad. I work out 3 to 5 days a week and I do weight training and HIIT with a little running here and there. Anyway, thank you for all of the great info and inspiration!! :)
