    Love band classes. Doesn’t seem strenuous while doing it but the following day I feel strong and a bit sore. Your band classes are great! I think you are just terrific!!! I workout with you most every day.❤

    Thanks so much for this, when we did this exercise in a recent band session, I remembered you explained the feet and leg position really clearly in a previous vid, but couldn’t remember where! Very helpful, now I can tackle the band session again with more confidence!😉☺️❤😊
