    I've had a pilates bar for 2 years and never used it. This was the first workout I tried with it and I'm kicking myself for waiting so long. It was an awesome workout and I can't wait to use my bar again tomorrow! Thanks for the great workout!

      me too, i didnt know how to tighten it. I found a rubber band to stop it twisting. 😄This is a good video.

    Can’t afford Pilates classes and don’t have the time so this is a great way to introduce Pilates instruction into your workouts right at home on your own time!

    Today is my first day using the Pilates bar I love it. Just 20 minutes a day and 3 days a week. I ordered it off Temu😊

    Excellent workout for me, a 68 yr old woman with knee, hip and shoulder injuries!! I’ve always HATED Pilates! But the addition of the straps makes a world of difference!! They take all the stress off my lower back! I have a sway back so isolating my abdominals has ALWAYS been a problem! I feel like you stretched out every part of my body!! I’m so glad that I found you!! I’m looking forwarding to getting that musculy sinewy well-oiled machine feeling again without hurting myself!! Thank you!!

      Wow just got my pialtes bar work out and my god that was a fantastic work out my first time trying it as I'm not way over wait but most definitely not fit and I'm 43 now and starting to feel the joint pain in certain areas and needed to start some wear and I felt every bit of that but yet you made it seem so easy 😍😍💯💯♥️I'll definitely be saving this and doing it again tomorrow for sure ♥️🙏🏾💯thank you

    Only just bought mine. This instruction vid is the best I've found so far! Cant do all of it, but will in time, hopefully. Not as fit being 63 but not done a great lot for a couple of years, only long walks when I don't have my Grand kid's.

    Usually don’t have much time to work out. Decided to stop letting planet fitness take my money and get some at home equipment. Love this so far please do more videos with the bar ❤

    This workout WAS SO HARD & AH-MAY-ZINGGGGGG!!! Can NOT believe how much I am sweating and feeling the burn!! I will be doing this EACH AND EVERY morning for the month of August! Are there more workouts on your website? Thanks so much!

    Great instructional! I have knee problems so I can't do too many of the knee things. I have to be careful with my cervical spine too, But this gives me an additional at home workout besides my two pilates classes week!

    Well I felt that was a well presented workout, however I bought this bar and because the video and instructions were missing they sent me this utube video but I wanted a video that uses this bar for my arms as I cannot get on my knees as I've had knee surgery and also back surgery. I guess I have to use my initiative and try to work it out myself. If I was fitter I would have went along with this workout as she never overcomplicated the moves which I liked. Thanks for this video

    I have wrist and knee problems and would like a workout with more exercises for standing and lying on my back. And, I finds it hard to roll the straps around the bar! Please advise!

    I dnt want to lose weight but just tone up. I have had two children and on the pill an di feel the pill keeps my belly fat. does this work out help. Thanks.

    I am having a HARD time rolling the bar. The LEFT side is doing it perfectly. The RIGHT side, just stays straight. Anyone know how to fox this? Thanks

    I cannot roll my bar. There is a strap that just slips as you try to roll it.
