  • Join me for a 15 minute standing pilates workout to build strength and tone in your legs, hips and glutes using a chair as your piece of pilates equipment. This workout targets the thighs, hips and glutes and is the kind of workout you can do daily to improve firmness and tone in the legs and booty. The more you do it, the better the results will be so why not commit to 30 days of this workout and see the changes in your body.     Another great shorter video, love the 10-15 minute ones, great when you are pushed for time, if you have longer, add them together, more 15 minutes please, they are brilliant.

    Rachel, you're the best! Your voice is so soothing, it draws me in and helps me give complete attention to the workouts. They are enjoyable throughout, even when I can't execute one!     On the sitting glut stretch with one knee crossed over the other, u may want to tell people if they have tite glutes they may need to start with the uncrossed knee straight, and to slowly bend that knee till they feel a glut stretch but can still maintain a straight back. I have to round my back if I do it your way, with both knees bent. Remember, we're not all ballet dancers

    Wonderful stuff, had a lovely sunny but tiring walk at the park before lunch, then sat on the couch for a couple hours to read and rest, my usual pattern post-brain surgeries (fatigue will be a lifelong thing). This was perfect to move a bit, wake up the hip, 🦵🏻 and bottom 🍑muscles!😅 even with late afternoon fatigue, this is doable, thank you for that!❤

    A great leg & glute workout. Dr. Michael Mosley (Just One Thing) recommended the sitting exercise on a recent podcast of his, as a good example of eccentric exercise. I’m pleased to be able to incorporate it into my Pilates practice. Many thanks for all your superb workouts!

    Long opening is unnecessary & a big waste of my time. If all your new videos use this I will stop watching. There are many other options.
