    I follow you each day from Ft Lauderdale Fl. I do a weight training class each day and follow it with your classes. I loved the resistance Nan’s class. My band was a bit short . I’ll purchase a longer one to do the class again. I do not do live classes only on TV TH-cam channel so I don’t really know how to interact with you. Just know I am a big fan!

    your ques for hip position, hand wrap and buttuks lift are so very helpful to keep position and core strength. Must be extra work to maintain the dialog while moving and planning for next movement. BRAVO

    Just wanted to add that I love using stretch bands. I have osteoporosis in my lower spine so am really keen to do work on strengthening my back.

    Loved the workout. Was wondering what happened to the previous playlists? I used to access several on a regular basis. Especially helpful we’re standing, seniors, and Pilates with props. Will they be back? Hope so.

    Very nice, love the resistance band, feels warm and stretchy- been under the weather, took it easy this week, this was nice. With balance issues, have to stand beside upholstered chair at beginning when one leg in lunge position in front of other - only way to safely do this! Only move I can’t adjust is laying face down, band behind back, leg taps three times - makes my neck too sore, bit of a headache, so I skipped the second set - any other exercise I can do instead? Not sure what those leg taps do, work hamstrings, back of body? Thanks for a lovely session, take care, have a wonderful weekend!🍁🍂😊

    Great - for the first 10 minutes - then we got to the 'hold end of band and go back'. And....my flippin' band broke in three places and went ping all over the room! Trying to tell me something perhaps? I have had it for years so time to get another one me thinks. 🤣🤦‍♀️
