    Are your back leg toes facing the same way as your body? It looks slightly turned out so I just wanted to check! It might be the angle, too! Thank you!

    Hi Rachael, I love doing your class for seniors!❤ I am 73 and have had 2 hip replacements, can you do exercises for those like myself? We aren’t supposed to do leg work out to side. Thank you so much!
