  • This session is a 30 minute Full Body pilates workout with the resistance band. A mixed level workout that increases muscle activation to improve your strength, mobility and flexibility and is a great addition to any fitness regime. Great all over workout for toning the body, building core strength and giving you a healthier, stronger body. Be sure to do the very first exercise to get your core tuned in! ❤️

    holy cow Rachel. 1. that was so great 2. I've been diligent doing the 30 day challenge and you are so right. Even if I struggle; I do the movements. and day 19; I can see & feel the difference in my body & strength. I'm 70 and I cannot thank you enough for all of this. I found you at the beginning of the pandemic and you are such a blessing!!!! Love from Boston!!

    Love resistance band classes & this was fab . Thank you Rachel…day 19 done . some following mornings have been a little stiff, mainly in lower spine, glutes & quads but nothing that doesn’t right itself later.     Hi Rachel completed Day 18&19 of January 2024 challenge, this was TREMENDOUS and ADORED this! Looking forward tomorrow’s class! This challenge has been tough, but wonderful even with recovering from the falls.     That was great Rachel, keeping up with the challenge , shoulders feeling it a bit, but feeling I can’t not dip out. Did day 20 yesterday and the live class this morning to fit in with mum sitting in Norfolk. Thanks for all great sessions much appreciated . Off for a walk along the beach next ❤

    Fabulous Rachael 🎉very creative enjoyable class and from the comments it seems the resistance band was a great hit with others too😃my hips appreciated the leg circles as they felt so supported.
    You always look so beautiful ,elegant and stylish in all you videos , such a credit to you 🌺
    Unlike my self who today was dressed in a rolled up pair of harem pants from a SriLanka street market place ( covered in baby elephants,,!🐘🐘) and topped with an ancient T-shirt!😂

      Awww Fiona, such a lovely comment and so nice to visualise you working out in your harem pants, gorgeous ! I remember those when I did a trip to India and am sure I have a pair somewhere! That's the beauty of working out this way using my TH-cam channel- you do it your way, wear what you want and in the comfort of your own home. Wonderful ❤️❤️❤️

    Great class - I struggle with standing combination moves during to balance, ataxia, just do what I can, either skip forward or try and lean a hip against wall or chair for safety. Still not a fan of face down exercises, neck strain trying to see you and not mash my 🤓 eyeglasses! Keeping up with the 30-day challenge so far - stay warm🥶 everyone, and have a lovely weekend!😊

    Loved this Rachel..and really felt stretched out afterwards. Especially my shoulders/arms, that don’t get enough love. I did find the squat lifting the band overhead very challenging. I managed to do 3, then finished the exercise standing.

    Oh no…another one has become my favourites, love, love, love it!! One day behind on the January challenge & can honestly say the body is feeling stronger, the abs tighter & my balance improved.     The roll down the spine with band And come up Will you go over it sometime. You had mention that BODY memorize the needed muscles.

    My Day 19 of Jan Challenge and unfortunately Im feeling really unwell and in alot of pain so I did the 5 min stretch today instead. I will try this one though once Im feeling better. Have watched and listened to all the live comments just the same. ❤
