    Dr Pal I started intermittent fasting 2 years back gradually worked my self from 10-12-14-16 and finally 18 hrs daily. As I started I became health conscious in choosing what I eat and healthy alternatives.In process I gained lot of nutrition knowledge. With combo of fasting and nutrition have almost reversed BP and totally shrunk thyroid nodules. I am now successful from 18 hr to 20 hr in OMAD…I have several tips to share what I start my day to drink and what I eat which could benefit the globe…I wish To pair with u in your shows to inspire people or atleast have talk with you ..not sure how to connect with you…am able to bring abt chg in my friends whom I have shared but now like to spread to masses through you…

    Thoroughly enjoyed your video 😊dr pal...i never thought i would change myself from my habits of eating unhealthy...but from past 1 year i have changed so much that eating after 7pm only i feel like i have done a sin and that guilt doesn't allow me to sleep whole night...all thanks to u dr.pal😊i have changed my lifestyle of eating and made all the changes to my kids as well 😊😊 thank you

    Dr.Pal, you are truly amazing. You are exuberantly gifted with the charm of conveying your intense intellect in a simple layman terms attracting humans of any age without any barriers! I am a very very religious follower of your videos. Please do keep it up and big kudos to your wife- she is doing an amazing job and I do follow hers as well. Also I share your videos to my kids who are in their early teens. I have a humble request please. I watched your med conference shorts where you opted for water instead of alcohol. I do the same during my work conference. However I always wondered how kids will handle this situation/ will they have peer pressure/ what will they say especially living here in US. I would greatly appreciate if you can share some enlightenment around how to handle this for teenagers. I am sure it would be helpful for many more parents watching and following your channel.     I love the way you create awareness about gut health in the society. As you are focused on gut health, can you talk on topics like genetic diseases related to gut, how to reduce the polyp growth? These topics might not help the majority. But it would be helpful for those who are in need.

    Hi sir I am a big fan of yours... My son has been diagnosed with ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder) at 2 yrs 4 months and now goin for OT and Speech therapies... In general they say these children will have gut issue and it's good to follow GFCF diet and also to use Nemechek diet protocol (olive oil, inulin, fish oil). Please do a detailed video on this gut issue in ASD kids and what diet to follow for their betterment and also some suggestions on good foods to include in their diet... I hope to see a good and helpful video for myself and many parents like me who wants guidance in this regard... Thank u soo much in advance

    Eating salads , drinking water before eating any meal to keep stomach full is the best ever tip that u shared 😊. I saw one video wherein u went to physicians party after having some fiber intake, to curb the cravings. U not only advise, u also follow the same. Which makes you very special!

      Just do a liver function and kidney function test. If things are fine l, defintely u can take both. No issues. But consume good quality whey, dont go for cheap stuff. And even expensive ones arent necessarily good. Check for good brands like naturaltein, oziva, etc

    I am following you from last 8 months and lost a significant weight of 25 Kgs.
    Request if you can make one video on vedic Sankh Prachalan process w.r.t Advance medical practice and as Gastro Doc.
    This may include deep Advance medical inside for our old Vedic Sankh Prachalan (Vari Sari Dhoti process).
    Few Qus can be answered in this video;- 1.Will doing Sankh Prachalan Yoga Kirya impact out gut health and how? This Kriya has few does and don't? What is significance in terms of advance medical practices.?
    2. How microbs will get flurish again if it is done away with this Kriya?

    Sometimes ghee in sabzi
    Two cup tea (morning and evening)

    That's my intake of dairy products in a day 😀🙏

    Is it okay to eat Bifilac/ Sporlac with antibiotics?
    If it is okay den What ll be time interval between to take antibiotic and pre probiotic?
    How long a person should continue after antibiotics ?

      Dear Dr. Pal, I'm hugely inspired from your videos but I'm pure vegetarian with Lactose Intolerant hence can't consume much of Diary. Kindly suggest a Vegan diet for Indian foods so I complete my 2000 daily Calories required with approx 100 gram protein and less carbs. I'm unable to find such diet. I know only you can suggest. Expecting you to please respond.🙏😊

    Will you read this and genuinely answer this seriously for everyone. I don't know but are flax seeds good only in the dried form. For example we use pumpkin seeds in making one type of chutney and a curry. We add cucumber seeds in butter milk and melon seeds mostly are grounded with the juice we make. Is it good or only dried ones are good. What is the difference.

    Hello sir. I'm an orthopaedic resident in Chennai. Due to the long working hours and due to late evening and night surgeries, many of the surgical residents are free only at midnight on their duty days. And also, sleep very late and wake up in the middle of the night! What happens to the circadian rhythm at that time? How did you manage when you were a resident?
