Need saturated fats to convert to Testosterone. Growth hormone required achieved by heavy lifting with raised heartbeat in short work as farmers in fields and get testosterone boost. Eat veggies while you at it. Ghee and butter with complex carbs ie multigrain roti. Jai kisaan jai jawaan jai Bharat. 🇮🇳

    Summary:
    - 🚹 Testosterone is crucial for various positive bodily functions, and increasing its levels can impact overall well-being.
    - 🍽 Clean food, high protein intake, and regular movement, especially through competitive sports, contribute to maintaining healthy testosterone levels.
    - 🏋 Exercise is a key factor in utilizing testosterone; the body produces more when actively engaged in physical activities.
    - ⏰ Circadian rhythm plays a role in testosterone production, with a peak release of luteinizing hormone early in the morning.
    - 🍭 Excessive sugar intake and obesity can lead to lower testosterone levels, impacting physical and psychological health.
    - 😴 Following a proper sleep schedule and waking up early positively influences testosterone levels.
    - 🍺 Alcohol consumption can lower testosterone, and stress, especially chronic stress, is a significant factor in reducing testosterone levels.
    - 🔄 Maintaining a healthy lifestyle, including a balanced diet, regular exercise, and stress management, is crucial for optimal testosterone levels and overall well-being.

Not disrespecting your inputs but just trying to convey that it really breaks the flow of both, the guest and the audiences. And now when I'm here in the comment section, I see many of them conveying the same point. It's a positive remark. Hope you'll take this sportingly. Awesome discussion. We need doctors who prioritize raising awareness and practicing medicine with a sincere purpose, rather than being solely motivated by financial gain or greed. While transitioning healthcare to a non-profit or government-run system has its advantages and disadvantages, finding effective strategies to address the challenges of a profit-driven industry is crucial. Doctors like Rajesh represent our beacon of hope in this complex landscape and 🫡🫡 to TRS team for spreading awareness.

Though the researches showed that people who exercise in evening has more muscle gains than those who exercise in early morning.
REASON- In evening your body's muscles are fueled up with glycogen and ur energy levels are high. Also, after intense gym workout your muscles need rest and a good quality sleep
NOTE-> Do not workout near ur sleep time i.e do not workout particularly 2 to 2:30 hours before sleep. Sleeping after workout increases the sleep quality.
MORE THE SLEEP QUALITY MORE THE GAINS MORE THE MUSCLE MASS MORE TESTOSTERONE WILL BE PRODUCED to compensate the increased muscle mass. PERIOD

Because people don't consider the fact that your body's energy is just dependent on what you eat 1-2 hours before workout but your last 2 meals. I eat properly whole day sleep at 9:30 and wakes up at 5:00am and without a pre workout of caffeine I work out with intensity because is don't reply on motivation but on discipline. I have my workouts planed a day before and don't leave the gym before I complete it. Both medical science and ayurveda are opposed to sleeping late and waking up late.

    Notes: his fitness @14:06
    - pubic hair: females- triangle, males- inverted triangle. if not the case, obesity, and more feminine characteristics, and more estrogen, less testosterone.
    - at 4.30am, hypothalamus will start secrete LH, FSH hormones, which produce testosterone. So you need to wake up early and excercise at this time, so hypothalamus - hey he is buring out, so he needs more energy, so lets produce more testosterone. this way: the produced ones are consumed by work out, and also more production.
    - if no work outs - then hypo- hey he is not even gonna burn up, so lets not even produce, then less testos.
    - if working out in evening/night - it is total waste of time and energy. because within 2 hours of that, you will go to sleep. waste, nothing.
    - thus Circadian rhythm will be good by going to bed early and waking up early. stress-cortisol also decreases testos, so be chill. mostly being asleep/active in night -is kind of torture/stress to a humankind, so ur body will be stressed.

Akshay Kumar Sir is the best example for Indian youth to follow daily routine for making high testosterone levels in the body. Also the best actor with very good physical fitness.

Sir , what you saying makes complete sense , with ever demanding corporate live and working until wee hours to cater global requirements. Do you think we have a choice to sleep at 9 pm and rise at 4 am. Top of that the inflation and basics are killing people today. I see people on streets in Mumbai running at 2 AM in the morning just to be fit. Gone are the days when people sleep at 9.00 PM.

    Logic:
Playing sports where you want to win improves testosterone.
And wanting to become ceo faster and win will increase stress …!!!!!!

Testosterone is increased by physical stress, not mental stress.

by competitive sport im pretty sure he meant physical sports like football, basketball martial arts etc and not sports like chess which does have the mental aspect of wanting to win but no physical part...same goes with ur example of wanting to excel in your career.

Plz don't interrupt. This conversation was going good but you try to give ur knowledge. It's not good sign of interviewer. Control yourself . We want to listen the guest . You plan your questions. The right way is to ask after finishing the topic. Lot of imp thing got skip. So plz control yourself . So do self analysis on yourself.

Let the doctor complete his point. You unnecessarily break the link. You should address one point at a time. Because you can always summarise in the end.

I respect ranveer bro alot and started to watch his videos since 2018, but I don't why... I always feel a feminine energy from him, I don't get a big brother kind of masculine vibe....

    • @ALONE_dm

Brother study shows that people who are more intelligent and knowledgeable than others have slightly feminine aura , cause they understand things at their deep level (Like many scientists). But in other way those who have a strong goal in life and want to be physically active more (Like bodybuilding type things) have masculinity more than any knowledgeable people's (Like doctors , business man ect.
