  • Discussing a simple method to lose belly fat. Please remember there is NO SHORTCUT. "Reducing belly fat in 3 days" will NOT work as the next 3 days will come back again soon. We have abused our body to build up the belly fat and it is time for us to work hard and smart to reduce it.
This is a type of intermittent fasting coupled with benefits of circadian rhythm. If you can stick to this on a DAILY basis for at least 6 weeks, I guarantee you will see results. Patience and consistency is the key.

I will just brief what I understood:
    1. Have control over how much you eat, say no before feeling fuller.
    2. Eat at proper timings, no food after 7 pm.
    3. Sleep is essential, get enough sleep. Right amount of required hormones will be secreted.
    4. Keep yourself active during the day.

    • @devbandy9004

No#2 Let me correct. Preferable having meal before sunset. To get better result , after eating just walk it off. Walk for 30-45mins. Then some will raise question , how can you walk full stomach of food ? So eat 60% of your hunger.
      No#4 is not necessary.

Absolutely the best weight loss video EVER. The punch lines ... 😂😂😂 each funnier then the last. I am currently 57 years. Went from 123 kg to 73 kg between 2009 to 2012... Then during location shift job shift and both lock downs back at 115 kgs.
My normal earlier eating period from 8.30 am to 8 30 pm.. cheat times endless 😭. Your video was too good and promoted me together with my knees , back pain, sciatica to get back. Starting today. Last meal 6.30 pm.
Thank God despite the abuse my body has not given up on me. 🙏
Consistency. PLEASE make a video on how you managed to stay consistent... How you were motivated, falling off the wagon, getting back on .. I find that would be VERY helpful.
Waiting to ensure Eclipse is shifted from my body to our solar system only 😀

Tdee, calorir deficit, myfitnesspal, workouts but just like that i stopped everything and have put on 10kgs from 2020. My goal is to reach 60 but i will be very happy to reach 65 too! I will start my journey tmrw. Thanks a ton Dr Pal!!!!❤

I found this video today. I started Intermittent fasting from February 17th, it's been 10 days i feel lighter and energized. My acne stopped and my facial skin became smoother comparetively. My Eating window starts around 10.30 am and ends around 6.30 or 7 pm. I've been trying to include more nutrition and physical works too.

I practice intermittent fasting, along with a calorie deficit, and limit my carb intake to a minimum (around 50g). This approach helped me reduce my weight from 100kg to 84kg in three months. (It is essential to emphasize that this is not medical advice, I am just a regular guy). I also strive to ensure that my two meals do not exceed the required calories for the day, aiming to keep my total daily calorie intake below 1500. Hope this helps
