      Right. She is easy to follow and is just another person exercising. Not overly excited. I can relate. Lol. Gotta do it even if it sucks. She makes me want to do this.

    Just ordered my stepper with resistance bands. Can’t wait to try this workout. I need to get back into shape. Quarantine 15 got me.

    Hi from Toronto, Canada. I love your video, I have a stepper And would like to know if works for leg circulation? Weight lost? Do you have more exercises with his stepper? Do you use the elastics?
    Thank you

    I love to dance when I workout I’m really into rhythmic workouts do you think I could dance with my upper body while stepping to the beat or would you recommend a more rigid walking/running motion?

    • @SunnyHealthFitness
      @SunnyHealthFitness  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes feel free to dance while stepping, as long as you feel comfortable to balance on your machine!

    Great video! I have a question regarding the maximum amount of time you can be continuously on a stepper? I just ordered one but only now see that people complain that the pump overheats.
    I see in your videos that you combine the stepper with other exercises.
    Thank you!

      Hi Ema! Great question! We recommend a maximum 10 minutes at a time and as you've noticed, that's usually why we combine with other exercises - to give the stepper a rest but also to mix it up so we can work more muscle groups with one workout
      .

      @@SunnyHealthFitness I just ordered one to put under my stand up desk since I work from home I was hoping to use it longer than just 10 minutes though is that the max amount of time I can use the stepper before it over heats?

    • @SunnyHealthFitness
      @SunnyHealthFitness  4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@sarah-sandres Yes, we do recommend breaking up your workouts into 10 minute increments either with periods of rest, bodyweight or strength exercises. These steppers do use hydraulic resistance which can overheat and cause damage to the stepper if used for extended periods of time

    great one ! around how many calories burned with this exercise?

    • @SunnyHealthFitness
      @SunnyHealthFitness  4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Hi there! Since everyone’s metabolism is different, the best way to estimate your calories burned is to use the metabolic equivalent equation. We estimate that the MET value of your workout will be between 6-8. Using this value you can use the following equation to determine your estimated calories burned. Total calories burned = Duration (in minutes)*(MET*3.5*weight in kg)/200. For real time calorie tracking you could use a activity tracker like our Smart Fit Watch.

    Hi Sunny ! I have recently bought this stepper and tried it today for the first time to follow your stepper workout routine. but , as I stopped my workout , I started feeling a bit headache-y . I am 65 kg and desperately want to lose some weight . I don't know whether this stepper is going to suit me further or not . could you please guide me , whether feeling a headache after this workout is fine or not ?

      Hi! This sounds like a textbook case of dehydration. You should be drinking at least 1 full glass of water before, during, and after training(at least 2 full cups per workout). Also, a piece of fruit either before would work wonders too.

      No not really. It'd be very hard unless you have some crazy genetics that would blow your calves up.

    Can this equipment losen the fats of your legs and thighs?

    • @SunnyHealthFitness
      @SunnyHealthFitness  4 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      This piece of equipment is great for developing your glutes and thighs. While you cannot target fat loss on specific parts of your body. A healthy diet along with performing regular cardio and strength training exercise like the ones demonstrated in this video will help you burn calories and strengthen your upper body to help decrease the amount of fat on your body for a leaner physique.

      @@SunnyHealthFitness I was about to ask you if it works the flutes similar to a stair master. Does it build the glutes in a similar way?

    What's the name of that stepper? I'm looking into getting one from Amazon but don't want to deal with the hassle of returning a crappy one.

    how many steps you should do to loose 1kg

    • @SunnyHealthFitness
      @SunnyHealthFitness  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      It will vary based on your height, weight, age, gender, workout intensity, etc. For a more accurate calorie estimate, we recommend using a fitness tracker, or an MET calculator. If your intensity is high, it's definitely possible to burn over 200-300 calories throughout a 20-minute mini stepper workout if you're really challenging yourself.
