What made you so sure about yourself?".
What about when a person doesn’t have so much job experience or the position is a low level position? Your answers are more for mid to high level positions.
This question is so stupid. How can I say something that makes me different than the others candidates if I know nothing about them? Probably they have success stories about their experiences too. This question is stupid. To say the least.
Surely you've found a job by now... I would've answered like this "While one never worked a professional office job before, this is to the company's advantage. I come with a brand spanking new, clean slate. I have no bad habits that I would be bringing from previous employers. You will be able to teach me the company's policies from scratch as I am a pliable, willing learner."
In American come interview like this is very normal when hear unique for me but is different from m'sia, do you know how many American graduate from U like Kent collage how they create way ask people hire them so can found job. His feel hopeless why after out U why come out see workings worlds so hard they images, where is they experience, don't know where is the experience, call WHAT call too unique of graduate from Kent Collage 😀M'sian almost if they scare normally they will ask "God" how normally how answer interview room because they alone some of them husband/boyfriends/bring family it come want chase out if others people they don't mind but come to me very very minded I different from others human😖😠😡
