    That’s the first time i have even seen this exercise (dumbbell decline pullover). That too with single hand. I can see the stretch and contraction on this one will be epic and definitely one can feel the burn and pump for days.

    Hi Sir, I have been seeing your videos from a long time and the way you explain things are simple and easier to understand.
    Sir, pls allow me to introduce myself. I am Sandeep Verma, 36 year old, married along with a daughter used to gym during my studies and won gold medal in powerlifting at state level for Haryana in 2003 but due to an accident in my leg during my practice, I compelled to leave my game and then I started concentration on my studies further.
    Now it’s been almost 18-19 years I again started work out again on 14th April 2022 because of I gained too much weight around 85 kg due to bad habits along with too much beer which I was never been. I challenged with myself that will change everything since I started seeing your videos. Now at today after 4 months I loose around 18 kg and today my weight is 67 kg.
    In last 4 months since I started work out again, the feeling is very amazing and feels very confident in my office and all over.
    Thanks Sir for everything !!

    i do it with cables as it gives me better form with excellent mind muscle connection and droping set is also get easier cables are real game changer in back training as it acts as free weights plus gives constant tension and can do progressive over load without worring about spotting or injury , the semi old school is best

    Yatinder Sir, Bahut time se aapka channel and videos follow kar raha huu but comment aaj 1st time kiya hai. Mai kafi fitness channel watch karta huu but aapke workout blog sabse best lagte hai bcz aap jyada baatein na karke workout focus karte ho.
