Since he had access to the powers in the country, he established a naval school and trained their sailor that technology. That paved the way for the small nation to dominate waves and be a powerful country. The others also followed suit, and still we are under them. Btw, I came across one of the tribes who had Chinese, names (like Chia, Tsang, etc.) similar sounding language. This is a good lesson for us. Unite and develop our skills in technology and self-defense.
