  • Tight hamstrings are a common problem for many people. If your hamstrings are tight, or if you have suffered an injury to your hamstrings-like a muscle strain , posture problem.
    Tight hamstrings can cause the hips and pelvis to rotate back flattening the lower back and causing back pain, knee pain or foot pain. Tight hamstrings can also be responsible for postural problems and other back problems such as sacroiliac joint pain, as they will tend to pull the pelvis out of normal position.

    Jis type se madam kar rhi hai us tarah se agar karenge to back pr kubad aa jayega, lower back se age ki side band karna hai aur neck sedi hona chahiye. Middle back se band nhi karna hai
