    Hi Bob, How often you suggest this routine?

    • @bobthephysio
      @bobthephysio  4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      It depends !! You could try this at least once a day for a week and when you felt your arm feels better you can progress it to twice a day every second day initially for another week.
      In the 3rd and 4rth week, you could progress the repetitions to 3 sets of 15 repetitions

    Last year I injured my neck while going to sleep in a very low pillow.Then all the agony started, I took pregabalin and antiinflammatory medicine. It used to get better then again come back, it recurred so many times, but the episodes between the flare up was all ok, felt like i have no pain..I was going good, muscle pain decrease, tingling went away...but last day I again injured my neck while trying yoga poses. Now there is a tender area at the base of my skull and tingling pain Sensations through my fingers...I am terrified . I am 23 and bearing this chronic pain... I will try out these exercise.. But one question how to prevent the recurrence and sustain the painfree state???

    • @bobthephysio
      @bobthephysio  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      To answer your question, you have to strengthen your neck as same as other part of your body. Plus, progress your exercises routine gradually, if you doing yoga you should progress step by step and don't over load those tissue !!

I don't know if it's RSI from using my mouse/typing. Or my really uncomfortable office chair as I've been wfh since the pandemic spending long hours at the desk.

    I've been experiencing this for about 2-3 months. It's located in my left arm (bicep). It doesn't hurt but it feels uncomfortable. My arm also feels numb sometimes after i lift some heavy objects. The pins and needle happens when i raise my arm just like now, while typing this in my phone. Do you have any suggestions/recommendations, sir?

    Damn. My doc tells me my fingers numbness is from my neck but have been doing the movements daily and from numbness, my fingers are now pricky/pins sensation when i touch things. I may have just avoided surgery. If you dont mind answering, how long on average do people have to do these homework before their fingers go back to normal sensation?
