@@mohdsohail1373 I went for surgery because when doctor advised me it was 11.5 mm but before surgery it was 2.5mm left so there was only option left I was not able to stand and sit properly or sleep. So that's how surgery was the last resort for my condition.

I got back pain because of unevenly bearing muscle mass. When I used to practice bodybuilding I had heavy back muscles and low muscle mass in my chest. Also after 40 I was diagnosed with pre osteoporosis. This led to Extreme back pain. Unfortunately I had to stop building muscles in the gym and I walk 7 kms every day. I still have pains sometimes but much better than before.
The doctor is saying what i have been saying for years. But since i am not an expert only a beneficiary,no one believed me.However at 55 i do sprints, i can do 100 reps of pushups/20 pullups/300 squats in just one set .
