Carpal tunnel!! You described what I've felt on wrists for years and now it started affecting my entire hands and arms. Now I need a cure, hopefully. Thank you!
I have had my elbow repaired @7 years ago. Ulner nerve repositioned, bone spur removed, something reattached. Dr. Said much like tommy john surgery. I recovered great. Now the last year or so battling the numbness, tingling and fire feeling in my hand on that same arm. My dominate. Increased my b vit intake and doing stretches has helped. Thanks for your videos my fingers are ALL at times having these problems .
I watched this video because my hand was tingling and it was getting annoying so I looked it up, it was just me leaning on my muscle, thanks for the video, it was very helpful.
I had numbness in my hands, wrists that hurt, then the pain moved to elbow and sometimes shoulder. Not sure what the physiological cause was, but it seemed to be that I was too cold which limited my circulation. When I applied heat each day to my arm and hands, then the pain went away. Recently I learned more about the lymphatic system. It seems logical to me that my lymph system was not draining properly, causing a buildup of "trash". The heat stimulated my lymph and allowed it to carry away the "trash", thereby relieving my pain. Just my theory. But my pain did not seem to be caused from a pinched nerve at all.
For 7 yrs i have been suffering badly from this. Searched Everywhere but cudnt find correct answer. You Guys did it in few minutes. Now i know i have severe carpel stunnel syndrome problem and need to get it fixed. Thank you so much. Keep it up.

Just wanted to share this with all of you. I am a 30 years old male and about Four days ago I did some extensive (back and legs) workout at the gym. The second day (three days ago) I began experiencing "Ants crawling feeling" on the right-top side of my penis. This sensation lasted for two long and worriying days (until late yesterday) as I was trying to find answers online and I simply couldn't. I found another video on TH-cam talking about numbness, pins and needles, "ants crawling" on other parts of the body, but no one brought the question of having this problem in the man's special area. Those other videos discussed the problem relating it with a long stretched nerve (I forgot the name of it) and the doctor who narrated one of the videos said that those "ants crawling" sensations are usually self healing, and if not, stretches of the legs and lower back area will help, and he was right. I did some stretching of my legs and lower back area and as of late last night and until today as I am writing this comment, the annoying sensation is gone!! I wanted to share this with you so you don't get as worried as I was when I found NOTHING online about penile tingling / paresthesias.

I hope you guys see this - I was recommended to search your collection and this is the closest I've come. I have numbness through my whole right chest, over my shoulder and shoulder blade, down my arm to my fingers. I fell asleep on the couch at a funny angle about 2 weeks ago and have had this since. There is NO pain, but I get a phantom itch in two spots at the edge of the numbness that either comes right back or disappears when I touch it but then comes right back. I've heard that this might be from a damaged or irritated nerve. I went to the orthopedist and they x-rayed my neck, which showed nothing pinched but my spine was stick straight which they think is being caused by a muscle spasm. They prescribed a dose of Prednisone to treat any inflammation and said to come back in two weeks if it hasn't gone away on its own, but they don't have an opening for a while. I have a physical with my GP this Saturday and plan on mentioning it then, but I was hoping there's some exercise or stretching I can do to help start getting the feeling back. Please help!! Edited to add, this is constant and doesn't change with positions or how I sleep

I will try some exercises which are on some of these utubes.

I only feel tingling in my left arm. And I only feel it when I put harder pressure on my palm. Push-ups for example. And this morning, I bent down left-wise and felt a larger flash of tingliness just from that. My right arm is completely unaffected. Any ideas fellas?
I was bit by a rattle snake July 15th. I'm feeling tingling in right thumb pointer and middle finger constantly.. have nerve pain in right shoulder and down arm from elbow when I straighten or try to straight my right arm I should say. I was bitten on right ankle. Not many physical therapist have experience with venom damaged nerves or snake bite patients. I'm doing my best to be active participant in my recovery and care. Thanks for the video
I was in Ecuador in 2000 with my friend who had spinal cord surgery. His nerve therapist fixed the lump under my shoulder blade by holding the 2 bones in my shoulder and rotating my arm side aside than up in a circle. The lump of scar tissue popped out and I felt a shooting tingle down the back of my arm to my pinky fingers. Is they stayed numb for about 5 hours. After that everything healed up and went just fine it was like a miracle 15 years of pain gone in one twitch.
Love your simple , easy to understand videos but would love it if you can improve on the audio. I had to use a Bluetooth device even so I had to strain my ears to hear what you are saying. Thanks a lot.
Thank you for this video, I have done the exercises that you said while watching it, Yes, definitely I feel the fingers, the tingling, and numbness. I have done physical therapy but, it is expensive. If I touch my shoulder at the deltoids I can feel the pain; I'm getting to the point that I can't use my hands in the morning for a while, they are pretty bad. Idon't know what else to do.
Thanks, I figured out myself my hand pain was coming from neck, though it seems liked only carpel tunnel was involved at first. But then I had, in both hands at the same time, the same fingers, the same progression of numbness and pain. An hour or so of numbness and pain centered on ring finger, for example, then simultaneously in both hands migration of that pain to the middle finger! That bizarre simultaneous copy of sensations in both hands made me realize the cause had to be coming from a different source than my individual writes. ... I should be working on, but my neck or back also, and on inflammation generally regarding diet. I was hoping you guys would show exercises we victims of this very painful ordeal could use. Maybe on another video!
Everyday my left arm falls asleep and sometimes affects me when I do front raises with dumbbells. This started occurring ever since I hurt myself working out.

I only feel tingling in my left arm.
And I only feel it when I put harder pressure on my palm. Push-ups for example. And this morning, I bent down left-wise and felt a larger flash of tingliness just from that.
My right arm is completely unaffected.
Any ideas fellas?
Dave Crupel omg i feel the exact same thing
yall figure it out? i just went back to pt for my back yesterday and the arm thing started this morning, im guessing i might have messed it up then
I was bit by a rattle snake July 15th.
Thank you for this video, I have done the exercises that you said while watching it,
Yes, definitely I feel the fingers, the tingling, and numbness. I have done physical therapy but, it is expensive. If I touch my shoulder at the deltoids I can feel the pain; I'm getting to the point that I can't use my hands in the morning for a while, they are pretty bad. Idon't know what else to do.
I am getting crawling sensation on my upper back(left side) over the past one month. It’s about time I should get myself checked.
Thank you guys! very helpful.. i'll try the exercises you're recommending..
This has been in my left hand for 2 dsys

You're welcome!
@@BobandBrad hey , help
I have numbess and pain in my arm and my chest doctor
Thank you your advisers are really helpful 🙂👍
Thank you doctors im in peace about what i felt about my arms
I have been having a weird feeling in my throat and just got a numb sensation in my arm a few hours ago and its still there?? Any answers
How is it going for you?
If you find any answers please share 🙏🏽 I’ve been suffering from this for 2 years now
Everyday my left arm falls asleep and sometimes affects me when I do front raises with dumbbells. This started occurring ever since I hurt myself working out.
That just means u need to take a break from lifting weights
Thanks very much for your effort to explain the syndrome.
I Have numbness and a bit of tingling in my right thumb and part of my hand. My thumb also feels tense.
physicaltherapyvideo after about 2 weeks it went away. So my advice that I would give to anyone with this problem is just wait it out and try to relieve pressure on your spine.
I have tingling all up & down my arm, no pain but it’s super annoying- what is this??
I recently found your video's and just loving them, but the sound is so low and hard to really hear you. I see a mic on you, but it's not picking up your voices very good. I'm on my computer, sound to max and very hard to hear you still :(
You failed to show the exercises to correct this and now people are trying to tell others what they need to do in the comments. Please add a link to the exercises to improve these impingements thank you

Thanks guys, this really helped.
So, if I failed the rooster test 90' (left side tingling), what exercises might help? Thx.
I have it hard core on my back
I get this in my feet and toes. It just started recently. I used to have it from too much weight and in various sitting positions that cut off circulation. But I have lost the excess weight, and now I get the numbness and tingling while walking, after a couple of hours of walking. I wear good, comfortable walking shoes, so it's not from tight shoes. Do you have a video on this, or can you make one or suggest something? In case it matters, I am in my 60's.
