Started trying this out yesterday after almost 10 years of what was diagnosed as bilateral chronic tendonitis. I was only ever given the typical stretches that you normally see, which have done nothing. Same with heat, ice, even acupuncture. One thing that makes this easier is one of those massage tools, basically a plastic thumb that you can use instead of having to exert so much pressure with your own thumb. For someone with a bilateral condition that itself is painful to do.

Hi! We are so happy that you've found relief for your forearm pain through these exercises. It's truly rewarding to know that you're experiencing benefits from our techniques. Thanks for the trust. The sensation you're describing, like a rubber band inside your arm during wrist rotation, is a common indicator that the exercises are engaging the targeted muscles effectively. To add to the exercise tips at the end, when benching and doing other heavy compound lifts I found that I was always gripping the bar almost as hard as I could. Really wasnt necessary, especially with bench. Letting the weight consciously fall more on your palms and gripping slightly less hard helps a ton with these types of lifts if you have forearm pain / tendonitis. Thanks for the video, implementing it into a rehab routine for problem areas starting today.
Wow, this has made a difference already! I was told the pain was caused by tennis elbow but the exercises I found for that didn't work (and were very different). So glad I found this video as this has really helped.

Going to try this for my right forarm pain. Pulled the muscle 5 weeks backat work, lifting a pallet with arm extended palm up. Arm also used to get sore from stocking the shelfs. Tearing open 350+ boxs per night overworks the upper forarm myscle.
That extended flare elbow card feels SO good. So does the massage while moving. Thank you for sharing this information! I literally just saw a video where someone recommended wrist flexing during pull ups too - goes to show that different variations can help different bodies. Thanks again!

This video helped me sooo much. I right forearm was super painful. Evidently the fascia release and extensors helped loosen them. Now i can supinate my wrist and flex bicep without pain. Im into bodybuilding and have added 50lb to my frame. Ill be watching more of your videos.

Hi how often did you do the
Routine
amazing.. i cant believe his forarm flexor exercise worked.. i instantly felt relief. thank you for spending the time to make this video.
Our pleasure!
Thanks for sharing!!
We appreciate you adding your insight to the comments :)

Great video. I have some bad pain in foremans from playing ice hockey again after not playing for over 20 years. I've tried stretching, towel wrist rotation. All seemed to make it worse. Just doing these for 1/2 hour and I've seen improvement. From it hurting to lift a gallon of milk to much less main. Thank you!
You can do it!
We really appreciate you stopping by to check out the exercises.

I am in arm wrestler and I put a real beating on my arms! These are the best movements to relieve and are great to get you back on the road to recovery! I started getting relief and strength back the first time doing it and I do it two to three times a day.
That is awesome!

Thank you! As a pianist with small hands I needed this. I try to watch my technique but when the piece is loaded with 8’ves almost unavoidable pain.
Hopefully it helps!

Really helpful, quick relief
Glad it helped!
Thank you so much Precision Movement.
Especially to Coach Wong for inspiring me.
I had crippling pains at adolescence due to motor vehicle accidents, and no other rehabilitation program has provided such care as this channel provides.
For the first time in years I have relief from pains that no rehabilitation could address or cure.
My heart regards this team as the world's greatest heroes for their dedication in providing better and sustainable lives for those of us seeking relief.
You wouldn't believe how the industry drains our pockets just for a fraction of this knowledge.
Thank you for making physical well being much easier and accessible
Happy Friday!

Going to try this for my right forarm pain. Pulled the muscle 5 weeks backat work, lifting a pallet with arm extended palm up. Arm also used to get sore from stocking the shelfs. Tearing open 350+ boxs per night overworks the upper forarm myscle.
Ouch.
Thanks for trying it out and keep posted on your progress :)

That extended flare elbow card feels SO good. So does the massage while moving. Thank you for sharing this information!
Edit: I finished the video and building “strength at every length” or ROM is clutch. I literally just saw a video where someone recommended wrist flexing during pull ups too - goes to show that different variations can help different bodies. Thanks again!
Nice work!
Thanks for trying it out and commenting.

I work on the computer all day and then I also game a lot. I've done stretches for a long time as recommended and I always felt like it made things worse. Going to try this daily and see how things go but felt pretty good the first time!
Thanks for sharing! You won't regret being relieved through my videos :)
You should include work activities that involve using tools and lifting, carrying materials. So many guys get hurt at work
Thanks for the suggestion!

Very good video. It's interesting that I remember seeing a doctor on TH-cam who was showing people how to do those ineffective stretches for carpal tunnel, whereas what you are showing us actually seems to work. Lol. Good job dude!
