April is right, belly is flatter. I'm on 11 day of training and I can see the difference but I also added to it: healthy diet, walking with my dog ( 10km a day), or 30 km ride on the bike. Plus I do the whole schedule of Aprils workout - two laying and one standing.

First of all, thanks a lot SZ Secondly, I'd like to first make a little observation: actually I checked and it wasn't 3 months, it was a bit more than that (at 3 months rate, I'd lost aroung 5kg or so? I dont remember, sorry), So if you're starting, don't worry and take your time! Thirdly: well, I started up doing once a day the lower abs workout... But went increasing with repetitions and other videos with time, as my body got used to all the exercising. Currently I have made my own schedule of workouts, which is super detailed and adjusted to my free time... So I don't know how much of help will it be if I just spit out the names of the videos... Anyway, I'll do it: I've been using the lower abs vid, slim arms in 30 days, 5 min back, the recent abs in 7 days, abs in 21 days and slim tighs one. I also use some other videos to correct my posture, but they don't do THAT much of a difference in weight losing. Hope it helps, somehow ^^

Im improving myself, Im 14 and I will be more sportive from now on : Day1: done tutorial for legs, for arms and done that video, walked for 3 kilometers. Day2: done tutorial for legs two times, lost like 700 calories walking keeping up my diet Day3:kept on with the activities. Day4: i ve started max eating apple a day or just eating a single egg a day. Day5: only diet Day6: went well and i lost like half kilograms and i liked it though. Continuing my diet qnd exercises. It made me healthier.(forgot to edit lol)
hey i just want to say; please be careful, restricting yourself like that is really dangerous, at 14 you should be eating around 1200 cals at the least, you really don’t need to improve yourself or anything :) you are beautiful and enough the way you are, please try and eat more, in fact only by eating more will you be healthier and more sportive, as it promotors muscle growth and repair, as well as giving you energy, it’s not worth the fatigue, social anxiety, crippling body dysmorphia and anxiety. It’s really not worth it, what you have going on is disordered eating, youre 14 love, live, this world is better with you in it. Disordered eating and eating disorders will take your entire life away, it’s really not worth it i promise you. eat around 1200 cals if you’re really desperate to be “healthier” but yeah! youre enough as you are :)
I am doing 7 days abs challenge, well the last time I'm doing workout around one year ago(?). Day 1. I could keep up, but I did the easy exercises. Day 2. I'm doing other exercises from April han. But only 1/4 exercises. Because my body hurt SO MUCH. I couldn't stand properly when I'm did this. •́ ‿ ,•̀. Day 3. My body still hurts, but not as much as day 2. So keep going!

День четвертый: сделала, забыла прост написать
День пятый: сделано, было сложно
День 6: сделала
День 7: сделала, не вижу изменений
Но похудела на 2 кг, делала еще много тренировкок
День 8: сделала, на этот раз бещ единой остановки, чувствую себя хорошо, не смотря на то, что делаю это поздно вечером
Сейчас 25.10,выполняла эти упражнения неделю, но особого результата не вижу( вроде обхват стал 85

Día 4: ✔️ hoy lo hice dos veces, la primera en la mañana y la segunda en la noche. Me sentí bien 🔥
Día 5: ✔️ también lo hice dos veces al día. No puedo creer lo fuerte que es mi abdomen cada día 🤩
Día 6: ✔️ Estoy viendo cambios muy buenos en mi abdomen!!
Día 7: ✔️ terminé con muy buenos cambios :3 mi cintura ahora mide 76.4 y la línea media del abdomen se me ha empezado a marcar poquitititito, pero esto hace que Me sienta con mucha curiosidad de seguir. Así que intentaré hacer todo el mes y les cuento, el 10 de marzo. Ahora no lo haré 7 días seguidos, daré descanso porque los descansos permiten avanzar de una mejor manera. Les cuento, 💕

Results: Honestly, I don't see THAT much difference (but I do FEEL my abs gettin stronger!🤗) in 7 days but I still think this is a really great workout if you are a beginner or looking for an easy and fun but still quite effective workout. Plus it's quiet to do so you can do this in your room secretly if you want to (😂). I recommend this, and I also know that you can do it so just start already!😌 Good luck y'all🔥
Tips: If you want to make this little harder, skip the breaks or keep on doing the moves while breaks (I did this sometimes). Also try to squeeze your abs really hard during the moves and you will definitely feel the burn!😜

Im improving myself, Im 14 and I will be more sportive from now on :
Day1: done tutorial for legs, for arms and done that video, walked for 3 kilometers.
Day2: done tutorial for legs two times, lost like 700 calories walking keeping up my diet
Day3:kept on with the activities.
Day4: i ve started max eating apple a day or just eating a single egg a day.
Day5: only diet
Day6: went well and i lost like half kilograms and i liked it though. Continuing my diet qnd exercises. It made me healthier.(forgot to edit lol)
hey i just want to say; please be careful, restricting yourself like that is really dangerous, at 14 you should be eating around 1200 cals at the least, you really don’t need to improve yourself or anything :) you are beautiful and enough the way you are, please try and eat more, in fact only by eating more will you be healthier and more sportive, as it promotors muscle growth and repair, as well as giving you energy, it’s not worth the fatigue, social anxiety, crippling body dysmorphia and anxiety. It’s really not worth it, what you have going on is disordered eating, youre 14 love, live, this world is better with you in it. Disordered eating and eating disorders will take your entire life away, it’s really not worth it i promise you. eat around 1200 cals if you’re really desperate to be “healthier” but yeah! youre enough as you are :)

I am doing 7 days abs challenge, well the last time I'm doing workout around one year ago(?).
Day 1. I could keep up, but I did the easy exercises.
Day 2. I'm doing other exercises from April han. But only 1/4 exercises. Because my body hurt SO MUCH. I couldn't stand properly when I'm did this. •́ ‿ ,•̀.
Day 3. My body still hurts, but not as much as day 2. So keep going!
