Bahut achhi tarah se aapne exercises bataye hai Dhanywaad
Mai 69 hu mera laft ghutneke problems aise hai
1- Seedha khada ho gaya to ghutna muda rahta hai 2-- Left feet bahar ki taraf 30 degree musta hai 3- Patella ke baju me chalte samay dard
Please aap remedies bataye to bahut thankful rahunga

Namaskar. Aapki batai gyi batao se lag rha h ki apke ghutane me flexion deformity a gyi hai. Iske liye aap bed par sidha let kar....taang ko modne or sidha krne wali exercise kariye. Jab per ko sidha karenge to thoda zor laga kr karain....apko thoda khinchav feel hona chaiye ghutane par.
Iske alawa patella ko hath se alag alag direction me mobilize bhi karna hai.
Kuch din ye kariye. Agar aram nhi milta hai to.....ap mujhe instagram par knee k photos share kariyega.

Kuchh mahine pahle maine mere left knee ka problem puchha tha Mere problem ke description se aapne ye " Flexion Deformity " ho sakta hai kaha aaur pair straight / back karne ko suggest kar straight karte samay pressure dene ko kaha tha Ye karne ke baad teen mahine me koi farak nahi hai
Mera left ankle bahar ki aaur muda huaa hai Right pair achha hai
Chalte samay patella ke baju me / upar niche pain hota hai
Please ye Patella femoral syndrome hai kya yaa flat feet ki vajah se aisa ho raha hai
Please remedy bataiye bahut kar ke tired ho gaya hu
mam i am from himachal pradesh and i do cycling everyday(10-15km/day). The issue i am facing is now my both knees are making a cracking sound while i move(no pain) just sound. Can you please suggest me some exercise or stretching for both knees.
Ghutne ke cartilage apni jagah se sarak gaya he to konsi exercise kar sakte hai

You may have Baker's cyst or a popliteal cyst. For this, you should consult to an orthopedic doctor.

aap video me batai gyi execises 2 se 3 mahine regular kariye. Dheere dheere aram ana shuru ho jayega. Is condition me dard ko jane me thoda samay lagta hai. Aap in exercises ko kariye. Thik ho jyenge.
