    I am having knee pain and the method of climbing stairs is the logical way to climb. I am amused that you had to make this vdo to explain this. I have been climbing from the day I injured my knee.

      As you mentioned in the video when you walking on the stairs you told us instead of taking right foot first take left foot first , I noticed that way you are taking left foo then right foot on the same stair ?? Basically your both foot are on the same stairs, please clear this doubt!!

      Don’t do any exercises just do fasting Absolutely I’m feeling great after intermittent fasting I eat twice and between these two meals only water water I love water I am 60 years of old had lots of knee pain back pain everything gone I can run now I got more energy then before mental clarity is great don’t feel fatigue 100% guaranteed in 30 days you will feel better in one week

      Use hard stick , put pressure on it to bring your one leg to stair , repeat it for another leg also.

      He is explaining the mistakes patients with knee pain generally make while
      1. Climbing stairs
      2. Sitting on a chair
      3. Sleeping
      Climbing stairs:
      1. Put forward the non-affected knee first while climbing stairs. It’s Versa when climbing down I.e the affected knee goes down first followed by the normal knee
      2. While sitting, make sure u don’t push ur legs behind the chair. Instead put it ahead of u in a way you can see it .
      Before u get up, move ur knees back and forth to ease the muscles. Don’t stand up with a jerk.
      3.while sleeping, those with knee pain (of a certain type) can use pillows Between the thigh as support.
      Hope this is helpful to someone in need. The doctor may pls feel free to correct me if I went wrong anywhere.
