    I have severe left knee problem .So i was going through u tube .All of a sudden i remembered you madam,i usedto follow you on tv channel MN any years ago .That was fantastic .So now i tried your knee asanas .within 15 minutes i got lot of relief .Thanks mam .U r great 🙏

    Knee pains are great nuisance and destructive not only for movements but for the whole mind state.Much thanks for both physical and stress releiving advices.Only breathing out pain is very attractive advice -especialy for a person having psychology specialization.Hoping one day being able to get such perfect TMskill of getting the necessary level of mental self suggestion.Much gratitude for the councelling!

      Mere bhi ghutno me dard tha, joint me akdan thi tab maine amazon se rumatol oil, rumatol capsule aur livcon capsule mangwai aur 3 months li ye dwa to ab nuze bahut aaram mila.aap bhi yah dwa use kar sakate hai.????????

    excellent recommendations for reducing knee pain through diet, individualized yoga postures based on abilities; balancing sitting & standing - my lower back pain requires I put a cushion/rolled up pillow/rolled up towel under my behind if seated, under my lower back if lying down & avoiding chair yoga, especially any twisting - empowering mindset reminders always helpful

    🕉️Namaskaram Very Grateful 🙏🏼🌿this does instantly help bring relief in terms of flexing the rigid muscles and relieving pain instantly for my knee sprain while dancing turned out to be pes arsentitis tendinitis / bursitis. I am a yoga practitioner otherwise.
