    I'm morbidly obese, I have ADHD and Anxiety. I've been working out with this channel for nearly a month now. I've been sick (normal flu) inbetween that. I started with 3 days a week at least, but now I do it everyday, and since a few days, I can keep up with everything.
    I used to be super active even tho I was obese. I have 5 swiming diplomas, I can dive, and rescue swim, I used to ride horses all day long, I got a silver medal in gymnastics. I used to own my own horse, and did running and yoga and swimming to keep fit. After my mom passed away I went into depression, had to sell my horse, and walked my dog only 1 time a day.
    I have been obese ALL MY LIFE.
    But this year, I want to change.
    I NEED to change.
    Thank you for providing these for free, and making me feel worthy of having a healthier life!

    I wasn't bloated but needed a short and sweet workout that would go easy on my sore muscles. Burnt 215 calories and got just over 2,000 steps in. Thanks Jo!

      @@melodie6881 it’s been about 5 months. Being constant really is key. And before you start dropping some weight you can really see differences in your body in certain areas! But I’ve also not changed my diet and just ate what I wanted I just portioned it!

      @@rubivalenzuela5194 I always pushed for atleast 30 minutes. If I wasn’t feeling it I only did 15. Lately I’ve been doing a 15 minute HIIT workout with her 30 minute strength workouts! So all together atleast 45 minutes

    I started my period this morning, and was feeling completely unmotivated. I found this video, and I’m so glad I did! It definitely helped with bloating, and actually eased my cramps quite a bit. I’ll be sure to save this one. ❤

    I’m 4.5 months postpartum and was doing P90X videos. They were efficient but such a drag. I found you on TH-cam about 3 weeks ago and I am hooked. I can work out quietly while my baby sleeps and still have fun doing it. You make working out at home fun again! Thanks Jo. You are an inspiration

    thank you so so much for everything that you do. i was severely depressed last year and days could pass without me getting up from my bed. your videos made me realise that moving my body can be FUN and that i don't have to reach a certain amount of calories burned or something like that in order to enjoy my workouts. you're an integral part of my transformation journey this year 💓 thanks jo!!!

    Wow the last thing I felt like doing was working out this evening. I’m bloated and thought ”let me try this”. And it’s about the last thing I felt like doing at the start. So glad I did! I got into it, put the old effort in. I even did jumping jacks in lots of the in-between walking sections (trying to work my cardio health at a higher intensity).
    This workout was awesome and just what I needed for how I felt coming in. Doable and I feel great now.
    I am menopausal and struggling with frequent bloating and stomach issues that make me cancel my workouts because I can’t even 😢. This is great to help me keep on track with my workouts. Doable even for down days. Thanks so much.
    Love the music and your high spirits and encouragement. Just what the doctor ordered. 🥰👋🇨🇦💕💪🏃🏼‍♀️💕

    This was the perfect workout today, lighter than my normal workout, but I just was not feeling motivated, and wanted to still do SOMETHING. This got me through my slump, but on top of that, I still got a good sweat on. I feel fantastic, thank you for sharing! Something about your workouts are more effective than the others I have tried, I can't quite put my finger on what it is, but you've got the secret, please keep them coming!!!

    This one is super nice when you've eaten semi recently but you don't really have time to wait forever after eating and still get a light workout in. My thing lately is at least five minutes of something moving a day- it seems kind of small but that being the only rule actually made it possible for me to not skip a day. Slow is better sometimes! This one actually reduced the random cramping I had before too! Thanks so much.

    I started working out in august 2022 and I have lost 15kg since then with your workouts! but I kinda got tired of it (+ counting calories) and stopped for almost 2 months. so this was my first workout in a long time and it felt so good and I'm so thankful for you and your workouts, Jo! not only I started liking the way I look but I started enjoying working out and eating healthier. hope to get back into my routine after all the holidays but it's hard

    By Friday, I'm too tired to exercise, but I wanted to add some steps, so I did this after breakfast. I really liked it. The BPM was perfect for me. 1,896 steps + 175 calories. This was my 2nd workout with Jo. I look forward to my next workout. Thank you!

    I did this 2.5 hours after a 5-course meal. Was feeling super full and bloated but I HAD to move. Great workout!!! 49kg and worked off 89kcal! I used 2 x 2kg dumbbells for the first half ❤

    Just finished this on day 2 of my period, I usually have a lot of pelvic floor pain during my periods and usually avoid any workout that isn't on the mat, but this was still doable with minimal pain 🙏❤

    I normally do one of your longer workouts in the mornings but recently I have started doing one or two of these shorter workouts (20 minutes or less) just to keep my body moving. It feels good to move!

    I must’ve just missed the live! I just finished this workout! I’ve been bloated for the past two days (that time of month) and went to Jo’s page to find a bloat reduce or digestion boost workout! The stars were aligned! I’m already feeling better. I’ll probably do this workout or a similar one after dinner.
    Workout Stats:
    I use Apple Watch and am 5’8”, 175 lbs. I added some exaggerated movement/jumps to increase heart rate.
    Workout: mixed cardio (I’ll try it on indoor walk tonight to see the variance)
    Distance: 2150(ish) steps | 1.2mi
    Calories: 204 (190 cardio + 14 cooldown)
    Intensity: 7/10 (higher intensity due to exaggerated movement/jumps)

      Did the workout again after dinner and I feel infinitely better! Bloating is gone!

      I did not do exaggerated jumps or movement this time. Did it as close to Jo’s movements as possible.
      Workout: indoor walk
      Distance: 1.22 miles | 2200 steps
      Calories: 188 (168 walk + 20 cooldown)
      Intensity: 6/10

    This is just what I needed in my life. I am a swimmer but all public pools near me are closed. And I don't like the now traditional working out in a gym. I love going out to dance though!!! So this is gonna be my thing for sure!
