Wow, this literally came at the perfect time. I was up all night with sick kiddos and my period decided to show up today. Stretching is the perfect medicine for a tired mama’s body. 💕
This may sounds a bit cliché but I teared up in the middle of these stretches. Maybe it was due to the music too, but it was all sorts of emotional that I was feeling. Felt sad and fulfilled that I am now doing something for myself starting today and onward. Growing up I was always fat/overweight for my height. Tried many things in my life that never seem to work or last on the long run so I gave up for a few years. Now I am slowly pushing myself to be a healthier me. I am not getting any younger and my weight has have a tremendous affect on me that I have noticed. Thank you for these amazing videos. I am going to be following your workout routines. It is a lot of fun and seeing you smile through these workouts made me feel the positive energy you were sending to your viewers.
I challenged myself to doing one of your workouts for 21 days (1 day a week off). I find myself needing to stretch so I don’t overdo it. This is PERFECT 🤩 I feel so motivated to keep going and use this on days when my body needs time to heal ❤️

I know I am late to this but this stretching video was absolutely amazing. Awhile back I saw a post where you mentioned you would be partnering with a friend who does yoga(nothing against your friend at all). I knew the enemy was trying to infiltrate what God was doing in your ministry (this is your ministry). Your platform is growing and there is no need to partner when God is doing a thing for you all by yourself. I thank God you did not go that route. This stretch routine was so relaxing and these stretches absolutely did a body good. Definitely shared this with my friends. May God continue to bless you and this ministry. 🙏🏽

I found your channel about two months ago, and pushed myself to start my fitness journey. It started as a way to boost my mood during some stressful and slightly depressing times, but slowly, I found myself unable to get through my day without doing one of your workouts. Even when I wasn't feeling up for it, I managed to stay consistent and at least do a 12 minute workout on those days. After two months of workouts and 16:8 intermittent fasting, I am happy to report that I lost 24 POUNDS! And now, I definitely feel even more motivated to continue, so from the bottom of my heart, thank you Jo!!!

@@shanzay149 it depends on the day. I have to work some days, and it entails a lot of physical activity, so in those days I do the knee-friendly 30 minute HIIT workout in the morning only. On days where I’m staying at home, I do 30 minutes in the morning and about 20-25 minutes before bed
Hi Jo! I just finished my sixth week of workouts with you. I do your workouts five days a week, and including warmup, cooldown, and stretches I do about an hour and twenty minutes a day. Everyday I do your ten minute beginner stretches, then 2-4 of your workout videos, totaling about 40-60 minutes, and then your ten minute recovery stretches cooldown, followed by the reward your body stretches (my favorite!) Last week was a really hard week for some reason, every workout felt super hard and challenging, even ones I’d done before, and some days I wanted to give up, or take the day off, but I didn’t! I pushed through and did my full workout every day, and I was/am so proud of myself, the old me would have given up, but not the new me! I’ve lost 15lbs, two pants sizes, and I don’t even know how many inches doing these workouts. My husband says my thighs feel like they could crush him like a walnut 😂 More important than anything else though, I feel strong, way, way less anxious, and extremely proud of what I’ve accomplished. To anyone having a tough time, it’s okay! Take a breather and push through! You’ll be so glad you did. I highly recommend finishing with this video after every workout, these stretches leave both my body and mind at peace.

I love your workouts. They are simple and fun. One thing that would be really helpful is if you put all your stretch videos in a folder like you do some of the others. Maybe you have already done that and I just missed it. Lol. But I always struggle to find a stretch video after my workout each morning. Thank you for your smile and cheerful mood. This is silly but I loved how comfortable you seem to feel in your own body. This was so helpful! I don’t stretch nearly enough and the past few weeks have gotten knots in my back. These stretches are helping the overall pain (along with some tennis ball therapy lol).

I did growwithjo for 8 months until late October 2022. I found out I was pregnant with our rainbow baby and was told to avoid any activity (due to my history) I was on bed rest for a while. I’m 14 weeks today and was just cleared to workout again! This was my first movement back with Jo and my goodness I missed this ❤
This is my first workout (I know it’s stretching but still haha) since March, and I just feel so refreshed. I started your workouts in January (i also did them on and off last year) and my goal was to do them consistently but I stopped right before a beach vacation and after coming back I just fell off 😭 in hindsight, I really wish I wouldn’t have stopped because by now, I would be so much healthier and my body would feel completely different than it does right now, but the good thing is that I’m back ❤

@@shanzay149 I didn’t change my diet much, just started calorie counting. The only difference is I stopped eating bread and minimized sugar intake
