She is 100 times more motivating than any other person on here. I've tried to do other people's workouts, and I can't stand how they have the same boring look on their face the whole entire time haha. Idk it's not only that, but that is a big part of it. I just can't do other people's workouts. ❤ jo!!

Agreed I always loose inches on her workouts and honestly that’s all that matters. How we feel not so much whatever the scale says because we’re replacing fat with lean muscle and it shows. ❤

The burn 600 calories one, morning workouts, etc,which are of 20-30 mins but I also do other things which includes not eating more sugar, eating healthy or balancing my diet when I eat junk food 🤭 it's not like I shouldn't eat junk food it's bout balancing your diet by eating healthy the day after👍✨ also remember to take breaks🙂

This was awesome! Been doing between 30-60 minutes a day for six days a week over the past 5.5 weeks and haven't seen the scale move so much but I look and feel so much better!!!
Could you do a workout that is menstrual friendly? I always have zero energy/motivation and it makes me feel bad for not getting a workout in. 🥺Also a lot that are supposed to be period friendly make you do crunches and I can’t with the cramps! It would be so ✨amazing✨ if you would think about doing something like this or maybe even a series! 💕

i did this in the evening. just as good. used dumb bells. I was excited as i didn't see the progress bar...but realised it was camouflaged in white! A progress bar can be a curse and a blessing. All sweaty now and ready for bed

I'm feeling very anxious and I had a lot of automatic thoughts while I started the workout. I told myself I love you repeatedly and when that wasn't enough I told myself to stay with jo I said, jo's got you, I got you. I feel so comforted by her presence. This workout helped me ground myself in my body. It was gentle and honestly being able to do this made me so emotional. It's beautiful how much love radiates from jo and her work. I wanted to cry because i know Jo's got me. She'll be here for me whenever I need her and that thought comforts me. A reminder that movement gets you out of your head. Movement brings joy. This video didn't bring me so much joy as it usually does but it brought me a sense of comfort I desperately needed 💗

This video was so motivational. It was short and time went by really fast. It’s Saturday night so I didn’t do it but I watched it and will start tomorrow morning and try to do it each morning before work. Looking forward to getting back into shape and losing weight. I’ll post updates to help motivate others to try it out. I’ve saved so many of Jo’s videos to “watch later “ but this time I’m actually going to follow through and participate!

You are so right it wasn't easy, this was my 1st time doing it. What it will help me with is Coordination, that was the hardest for me moving and moving my arms along Whew. Then half way through my IT band on the Right started hurting . I am still working on trying to bend my leg back to hold my ankles that hasn't happened as of yet!!! Working on it ! Finally i found a work-out/exercises to lose weight that i can do without pain in my back. I have problems with my back. I have a lot of pain and that’s why i never exercised and i gained 15 kg.. i started in february with losing weight. I already lost 7 kg but i have to lose 12 kg more.. but just with healthy food it’s not gonna work. Thanks to you Jo! I think it’s goint to work now with your work out/exercises ❤

The timing of this is amazing 😄 I started working out a few weeks back, doing your 12min morning workout pretty consistently. Just found recently by accident wanted a change from usually channel I use to go to for home workouts n something to do at home when I don't go to gym. hi jo..I'm egyption and I saw your channel by luck..my hole life I've been struggling with my weight and sittind and eating , I've never in my life did a workout..but your workouts and how you motivate people is a game changer..I'm 104.1 kg right now and my goal to reach 80 to 85 by the time of my birthday which is on 23rd of sep and I just can't thank you enough for getting of the couch

Jo, this workout was so fun!!! I did a workout yesterday and I said to myself as I was doing it, "Man, these workouts would be so much easier to keep pace and steady flow of the music MATCHED the workout." OH. MY. GOSH! THANK YOU for getting this!! Your heart rate, breathing, everything just gets into rhythm and the workout is easier to keep up with because the music gets your mind in tune with what you're asking your body to do. Thank you! I am sweating and I just feel like I got done doing something fun for 25 min. Thank you!

I'm feeling very anxious and I had a lot of automatic thoughts while I started the workout. I told myself I love you repeatedly and when that wasn't enough I told myself to stay with jo I said, jo's got you, I got you. I feel so comforted by her presence. This workout helped me ground myself in my body. It was gentle and honestly being able to do this made me so emotional. It's beautiful how much love radiates from jo and her work. I wanted to cry because i know Jo's got me. She'll be here for me whenever I need her and that thought comforts me. A reminder that movement gets you out of your head. Movement brings joy. This video didn't bring me so much joy as it usually does but it brought me a sense of comfort I desperately needed 💗
I used to try to exercise every morning. But it never worked. Then I came across your videos and now I'm standing here at 6 am doing sports! Thanks Jo, for everything ❤😊
This video was so motivational. It was short and time went by really fast. It’s Saturday night so I didn’t do it but I watched it and will start tomorrow morning and try to do it each morning before work. Looking forward to getting back into shape and losing weight. I’ll post updates to help motivate others to try it out. I’ve saved so many of Jo’s videos to “watch later “ but this time I’m actually going to follow through and participate!

You are so right it wasn't easy, this was my 1st time doing it. What it will help me with is Coordination, that was the hardest for me moving and moving my arms along Whew. Then half way through my IT band on the Right started hurting . I am still working on trying to bend my leg back to hold my ankles that hasn't happened as of yet!!! Working on it ! Finally i found a work-out/exercises to lose weight that i can do without pain in my back. I have problems with my back. I have a lot of pain and that’s why i never exercised and i gained 15 kg.. i started in february with losing weight. I already lost 7 kg but i have to lose 12 kg more.. but just with healthy food it’s not gonna work. Thanks to you Jo! I think it’s goint to work now with your work out/exercises ❤

The timing of this is amazing 😄 I started working out a few weeks back, doing your 12min morning workout pretty consistently. This morning, I was looking through your other videos hoping for something a little longer now that I can commit to it, but I still wanted something easy going. I attempted the 10min cardio but got burnt out after 3 minutes 🤭 I'm going to try this out tomorrow. Thanks Jo!

Just found recently by accident wanted a change from usually channel I use to go to for home workouts n something to do at home when I don't go to gym. Gave this workout a go to get me moving this morning after yesterday's workouts, walking. I loved it. Very keen to try other videos to keep me moving
