    Taking things up a notch with (small) weights! If you have 2-3lb weights at home, GREAT! Bring them to this workout. If not; you can either do this workout without the weights or find something around your house that you can grip well to give you an extra challenge!

    I just burned 196 calories with this workout, 2722 steps, and 48 zone minutes. 😄
    I used 3 pound weights here for the first time, and it was doable, but I definitely felt it!
    😊 This was my 2nd workout today. I did 20 minutes of HIIT earlier.
    I’m 74, and I’ve been working out since January, and I do at least one of Jo’s videos daily. I’m down 35 pounds, but that doesn’t reflect my results so far that much, because I’ve gained muscle to replace the fat. The scale doesn’t tell the whole story.
    I’m so happy to have discovered Growwithjo!

    Hi Jo. I am a mom and due to a lot of health issues and a bad marriage i ended up weighing 270 lbs at 5 ft 4 !!! Its been a month since i discovered your channel and you have changed my life. I rediscovered my love for fitness and although i only lost 10 lbs so far i can tell im shrinking because my clothes fit better and do not pinch my fat like they used to. Being successful with consistent workouts has encouraged me to also tackle my comfort eating habits and choose better. The best part is being able to keep up with my toddler without feeling like im going to collapse. Thank you for starting this channel, you really changed a life and may God continue to bless and sustain you. ❤

      Jo helped me out of my depression in 2022- it had lasted about 4 months. It’s now February 2024 and I’m still feeling great!❤❤❤

    Last year I did this workout almost every day for 4 months, lost 16 pounds, and only 8 of them came back. Here I go starting the home workouts again, and this one is my favorite. Hopefully it works as well as it did last year 🤞

    Day #4 Crushed! I can’t believe 10 months ago, I literally couldn’t do no more than 16 minutes! Now I am mastering it and doing a 30 day challenge! If anyone sees this lol, you got this.if you can do only 16 mins it’s ok, as long as you did a workout that’s all you need. You got this and you can Master it as well! WTG on your journey!

    I am 32 years old and am 5'4". I have two little girls and underwent IVF treatments for both of them (which resulted in lots of weight gain). My oldest was born in March 2018 and my youngest was born in July 2019 (Just turned 3 and almost 2). I weighed 171 lbs on January 1st this year and have spent the last 3.5 months walking and counting calories. I am currently 143 lbs and just came across your channel a couple of weeks ago. This was my first time ever using weights in my life and I never exercise (other than walking...just started doing some of your other videos) and I made it through this whole video with 2.5 lb weights. I may not have done everything perfectly, but my FitBit says I burned 200 calories in 24 mins and I am dripping in sweat. I wanted to come on here to tell you that I found this workout to be perfect for me...it's challenging, but manageable...the right length and worked my whole body. I plan to come back to this one again and again. Thank you so much for making such easy to follow along videos that even us beginners can figure out. You really are an inspiration. I feel amazing after doing this! So happy I found you. Love from Ontario, Canada 🇨🇦 ❤

      Hey,here from Ontario as well. I too have three children and I gained alot of weight after having my tubes removed. The workouts of Jo's are the only ones I find easy enough to follow yet I sweat more then any other videos I have come across yet.🇨🇦 Stay strong girl we got this❤️

    Wow! I completed 16 mins! The main nerve in my back is pinched twice from the car accident I was in, and it was quite painful today! But I did 16 mins here and then did the 10 min workout I 1st started on! 26 mins today girl!

      All her workouts look deceptively easy! I did her 4.5 mile workout yesterday. At first I was going to add 5 lb.ankle weights but then I said,”Wait! This is Jo we’re talking about here. She already just about kills me! I’ll be dead for sure with weights.” I put those things to the side and commenced the walk of death! Lol!!! I love her workouts. I never thought I’d love walking workouts but I love hers!

    Girl, you are literally saving my life! I have been doing this workout every day. I had health issues but this video is my medicine. Sounds dumb but when I hear the last song, I get my last wind. As we are doing the last exercise I start crying like a baby, happy that I made it to the end. Thank you so much!!❤❤❤

    First time here. I was looking for a 2 mile exercise walk and came across this. I am doing the 2023 American Cancer Society - 28 miles for February. I am doing it for my sister who's a 2yr breast cancer survivor. Great workout!

    Am 58 year old start doing your workout in November 2021, I needed something hard but else. I enjoy doing the work out, it like doing it with a friend. I turn 59 at the end of December i wanted to look good for my age, and feel good. Am so happy the i found you. love cynthia

    This is by far the best workout I've done by you! Includes cardio AND strength training!! Please do more of these!! This was low impact and perfect for beginners!!
    I am 5 9, 184 lbs. I burnt 261 calories with an average heart rate of 145 with 2300 steps! Thank you for a fabulous workout!!

    Hello! I'm Karsynn, and I'm 29 years old. I'm 5' 4" and since last July I've gained 25lbs. I've been unkind to myself about my losses, and I'm ready to change that mindset as well as body image. Today is my second day of GrowwithJo. Yesterday, I did the 3 mile walk, and I stopped after 13 minutes 😅. I completed today's workout, and I burned just under 200 calories and took 2,597 steps. I had to take a few breathers here and there but I finished and I'm proud 😊. I feel like I did low to moderate intensity. I didn't want to overdo it and be burnt out in a matter of minutes. Eventually, I'd like to try this more high intensity, and I'll update you with the different results!

    OMG JO THIS IS MY FAVE WALKING WORKOUT BY FAR!!! I added ankle weights & 2 cans of chickpeas & giirrll that burn was exactly what I needed! Thanks for incorporating cardio with a bit of strength training in a fun way for someone who DETESTS exercising but never regrets a workout hehe! :)

    Every time there's a gap in my workouts due work and travel, it can sometimes feel like a challenge to start again. @growwithjo is the only channel I find myself coming back to, to restart and get back in the game. Your videos are fun, good music to move to, people can take the workouts at their own pace if they can't keep up and most importantly, the energy you bring! I don't feel too bad if there's a lapse in my fitness regimen because I know I can always come back to Jo and start again a truly enjoyable workout session. Thanks Jo! May your community grow!

    I did this today with 1lb dumbbells, I'm 39 and barely a year postpartum with baby #5 😀 just found this channel after doing another one + walks to regain strength, heal core, etc. and LOVE this channel! Definitely getting the endorphins. Thank you Jo!!

    I normally stop the videos when the workouts are done but I loved hearing your little pep talk at the end of being proud of us for showing up for ourselves, I really didnt feel like exercising on a rainy sunday but as soon as I started I began to feel the positive energy of a fun workout! It only takes a couple of beats to get motivated! Im proud that I put my book down and did my daily workout!

    I did this without weights and this was a great low impact workout after a day of fasting during Ramadan! I can't do high impact as my food still hasn't been fully digested yet, but I have been loving your low impact workouts late at night to help me continue to stay active!

    I’ve commented on this vid before but I just have to say that from the 1st time I did it to today…I have the endurance to keep going! Up until I started doing growwithjo videos in January I was 160lbs after losing a good amount of weight & though I walked daily for an hour quickly I could not break that plateau but in the almost 4 months I’ve started doing these videos 4-6 times a week I’ve lost another 12lbs! I love that there are so many levels times & options on here so that if you need to kick it up or down there’s something for you! No excuses for me! I am powerful & worth it 💜

    This is one of my favorites so far! I seriously love how effective your workouts are, most times, we get videos of someone just working out glamour muscles, but yours work you from the inside out and the results are so much faster. I feel so much stronger too.

    As someone who loves intense HIIT workouts, I wasn’t expecting this to be as tiring and sweaty as it was. Stupid 😂 my knee has forced me to take a break from squatting and jumping for the moment and this was the perfect low impact workout . So sorry I underestimated it. Thanks so much!!

    I was looking for a short walking workout and found this. I used 3 pounds and got my heart rate higher without stressing my joints. I’m 57 and started lifting heavier but switching to your walking videos. Loved it!

    I've been doing your workouts since the beginning of the year starting with the 10 minutes! I've completed some of your 45 minutes at this point! I've lost almost 20 pounds and I'm down 2 belt loops! Thank you so much for what you do! I've NEVER been someone who's worked out and your videos changed that! I do your 10 min morning afro beats when I wake up in the morning and I do another one of your videos after work! (as much time as I have before making supper for my family) so in total I do atleast 10 of your workouts a week! Thank you thank you!

    I’ve just done the 12 min lean arm dumb bell workout followed by this and I had to do some exercises with the dumbbells and some without like you say it burns. TORCHES 🔥 🔥🔥🔥🔥 but I loved it!!! Thank you! I’ve also noticed since I’ve been doing your videos (start of September) that the annoying creases and folds of fat near my armpits that I’m usually so conscious about either isn’t as noticeable or has disappeared. Wahoo! This journey was different for me. I’ve started diets and exercise before for the wrong reasons to lose weight and look visually different and what the scales say. This time is purely for strength and mindset. And any looks that come with it bonus but I’ve not stepped on the scales this year and won’t be for the foreseeable. I’m not defined by my weight.

    Omg, girl, it's my 4th exercise this week and i just can't feel and see the results starting with being more energetic and feeling all my muscles since the 2nd exercise. These are so easy to do at home but still so efficient! Thank you, Jo! ❤️

    Hi Jo! I have been taking care of my self to help my A1C go down. I been enjoying your workouts so much. It’s like my friend doing exercise with me, you are my personal trainer. I been taking care of my food 🍲, exercise and I see my fasting numbers going down little by little. Praying for my A1C to get to a healthier range end of March.

    I am a mom of two and I did this work out first time today since I had the pleasure of having 30 minutes to work out before my kids get up from bed and I absolutely loved this .. I did 2466 steps in 24 minutes used 1 kgs weight each hand on and off and completed this work out feeling absolutely awesome after doing this thank you so much for bringing such wonderful workouts .. I am happy that I came across your channel.. more power to u.

    omg, i just did this workout for the first time, and without using dumbells ( because the one I have is 2 kg and its very heavy for this type of workout) and i burned 277 calories! I'm 1.84 cm and this was very fun and super easy to folllow, the time just went by so fast!

    Did this workout today. Recovering from brain surgery. Lost some hearing and balance. Bare feet makes me feel morw grounded. It was killer good. I did 20 mins low impact threadmill walk after. Will continue doung your workouts.

    Man this one was no joke! I only used three pound weights and by 10 minutes in I was feeling it. I only walked a mile but I’m so happy with the work I put in!! Especially since this is the first video of yours I’ve done.

    Girllll this workout humbled me lol! I started with 4lb weights and i was like let me set these down 😆I ended up using my 1lb Zumba toning sticks and it was still challenging! Great workout :)

    I’m back, did two rounds yesterday because I didn’t have weights, I ordered some and came back for more today WITH WEIGHTS and crushed it. This is an amazing workout, it’s short and if you do it with weights or do two rounds, TRUST you’ll feel the burn and you’ll feel like you accomplished something afterwards. Thanks Jo, always!
