    I love your workouts for three main reasons: you don’t talk CONSTANTLY through the workout, your advanced preview of the next move is awesome, and your workouts can be done in small space. Many others could learn from you! Thank you for allowing us to actually listen to the music while we exercise!

      Different strokes for different folks...sometimes talking about the correct way of doing the exercises helps, and then get into the exercise. I love GWJ though. She is awesome and brings a positive attitude.

      Crazy how your target weight is 141 bc im 143 and according to my doctor need to lose ab 15-20lbs. Plus i feel terrible. U losing 53 lbs is inspiring tho

    Never have I ever enjoyed a beginner workout this much. I have gastritis and I feel bloated at times . This was just so perfect. No equipments, no triggering/ undoable exercises, no fancy shoes . Just pure joy and health. Bless you loads. You’re a godsend.

      @@Sandy-o4l I have a Versa 3 Fitbit. I love it! I never had used anything before this one and I have seen that the battery 🔋 lasts longer than Apple. YET, everyone likes different things…. so yeah, you get to choose what kind of workout to record, and all this is extra to the calories your naturally burn during the day 🙌🏼

    I had a fairly big meal tonight, waited an hour or two and did this workout and I must say, bravo! I already feel less bloated and I'm super sweaty. Will definitely be an everyday workout for me

    I just did your 20 minute bloating and digestion low impact and I got to say I feel better my period just came on and when it first came on I was cramping bad I did your workout for period cramps now I haven't been hurting and I don't have a heavy flow I thank God for you and it's hard to digestion my food sometimes so I drink water and take long walks outside so this week I will be doing your bloating workouts and digestion wokouts this week into my period go off then Ill do all the rest of your wokouts for the rest of this week thanks again Jo I love you and I appreciate you

    Hey jo, I met your videos at a China video platform called bilibili last year and started to work out with your videos time to time. I haven't work out for about 3 months and feel tired and bored every day. Today I felt a little bit bloated after eating my dinner and I thought it might be great if I do some light workout so I am here.     I'm a 4'9" and I'm currently 120 pounds. My goal is 114 pounds. I'm on the shorter side and it's much easier to tell if I've gained weight. Especially with collage going on I need to feed my brain. I was 125 pounds a month ago and I've been doing growwithjo's workouts and they help so much. I burn about 200-400 calories depending on which video I am watching. Her videos litterally make you sweat and keep your heart rate up. I love her so much and thank you growwwithjo!

    Restart for me this week, I fell ill this past week. I'm not sure if it is the perimenopause zapping my energy compromising my immunity but nevertheless, I am feeling much better this Monday morning and I give thanks to our merciful lord. I will restart with quick workouts for abit to eventually work up to the longer ones.     Was so upset I wasn’t able to workout the last week and a half, first getting ready for Christmas then I got sick so today was the first day I felt ok enough to work out.     This is definitely good if you are on your cycle I believe . Especially the sit down one I just did now lol I started to feel cramps in my stomach and didn’t want to stand up but the sitting down workout was definitely a good one for me . Jo has a good heart 🩵

    Workout completed Jo 💪. Been careless and lethargic in this holiday season. Today feel happy. But was hard trying to complete this 20 min workout itself. I was being such a lazy bun. Thank you Jo for this quick and strong one. Loved it ❤️❤️

    Day 7 of 30 Days Challenge ( I have been doing different Jo’s cardio workouts for a week and determined to complete 30 Days challenge, I was feeling bloated for the last few days and luckily found this debloat, feeling very good after finishing this 🤩)
    Day 15 of 30 Days Challenge. (I was feeling very uneasy for the past two days from bloating and couldn't even workout yesterday due to it but finally did this one today and am feeling much relieved)

      @@growwithjo I have done this workout for past 2 days now and it makes me feel quite light and bloating has definitely reduced, also I burned around 120 calories doing this, absolutely loved this. All the love to you jo, all the way from India. :*

    Jo I sent a screenshot of this workout to my friend. Its almost like you knew we were going out to eat ribs, chips, onion rings, waffles and ice cream hahaha! This video was timely and a really good low impact workout

    So tried this workout a few nights ago could not sleep lady time approaching was up at 2am! Cannot stop doing this workout!😊🤗 I have already noticed differences in my body so good!

    I burned about 120 calories doing 85-90% of the workout. Im 128 lb, 5’5” in case anyone out there needs a reference :)

    I’m not feeling my best this morning because I look absolutely terrible with my bloat. I decided to do this workout and it helped me pass some gas 😂 Thank you Jo!
