    Thank you so much! With just a calorie deficit and exercising 4 or 5 days a week, I have lost 52 lbs in 10 months ❤ I have never done a workout over 20 minutes, but I have still managed to lose so much. 😊

      Awesome job! The calorie deficit is the key! Very encouraging for people who can't exercise for whatever reason and think because of that they don't even need to start to try to lose weight.

    I have severe depression and trauma and this is one of my favorite workouts to do, I also love the music, it’s so relaxing and your energy is so kind, lively, fun and sweet, she definitely lifted my spirits ❤

      @@LisePlansandJournalsthis isn’t true some just lose weight faster than others , I can easily drop 15 pounds in 2 weeks when I change my diet (, i usually forget to eat and then binge snacks at night after realizing i haven’t eaten/it’s usually too late to feel like cooking anything) I’ve decided to actually set alarms to remind me to eat adequate meals I don’t count calories or anything , just replace my snacks with actual food and then I make the cut off time 7 pm for my last meal it works wonders I’m able to lose weight super fast

    On my fitness journey - was not feeling well today so skipped my weights. Did a 10 mins walk outside. Then just did this before my bed time. Amazing. Love it!!!! Feeling so much better. Thank you sooooo much

    So happy my daughter introduced me to your TH-cam workout videos. I’m 65 yrs old and for the most part I can keep up with you. I love love it.     I need to comment because I think you need to know how important your videos and work is! I just want to make a comment of appreciation, a comment of: thank you! Doing this, take a shower and about to going to sleep... it was just what I needed. I had a hard day... I was sad and, to add to that, I was upset with myself because it was the fourth day without exercising, for two weeks I did your videos almost every day as part of my morning routine and I was feeling so good and accomplished about it! But now I had 4 days without doing it... I was struggling internally with that, I was discouraged, but then I saw this video I I just did it after dinner, it wasn't high intensity, but it was enough for me to think: I'm going to restart and I won't feel bad anymore just because for this 4 days I wasn't able to exercise. Thank you again ❤

    Love the shorter workouts. It's a great way to start making exercise a habit. I fell in love with your videos when i did my first walk the weight off video. I absolutely love those! It would perfect to do another series of those but start at 10 minutes for a month and work our way up.

      @@Devonyaray I made a playlist of my favorite videos & pick according to how long I plan on working out. Majority of the works out I do are about 20 mins long and I do them 5x a week.

    I was having an indigestion and it was making me really uncomfortable that I could sleep, found this work out.
    I feel much better after doing it.

    I just finished this; only got introduced to this channel randomly last night. I’m kinda stuck and regained some weight fvr. I also ate a lot of junk today; I used my period as an excuse 😂 and needed something help me forget how much I ate. Soo anyway, I’m sweating A LOT!     Aw omg I love this! I was just recommended your channel and I’d been in a depressive period for a while. I just ate dinner and figured, what are the odds your channel would have a workout I could do? This is the first workout I’ve gotten all the way through in weeks! Thank you so much for the energy and love you put into the content. Even matching the music to your exercise pace and vice-versa! That little detail was so satisfying and such a joy.     I am trying to lose weight again. My weight is on and off. I have a hard time maintaining weight. But this time I will maintain my weight. I will lose and tone my body. Thank you for this. I need to start light again as I got a 2 year gap of not working out. Thanks.

    On my 11th day of my back2wellness journey - 16months pp. My baby girl sometimes joins in on the fun and we love it. I finally feel like I'm happy in myself as I am - a thicker islander girl who was always leaner as a teen into my early 20s, then filled out once I met the love of my life. I am finally learning to embrace ME now - a first time mama who had a c-section - on this rollercoaster ride called motherhood. Thank you Jo for these valuable workouts & the motivation. It is real, it is inspiring and so motivating.     Ive been doing this journey for 2months, constantly doing different videos & officially lost 15lbs!! 5days straight & sometimes on the weekends if I know I'm going to eat pretty bad lol & minimal dieting, along with hot lemon water & green tea lol. I am not where I want to be but I know I can get there! Jo, you've seriously helped me out so much.

    This workout totally surprised me. I literally was feeling nauseous before the workout but promised myself I was going to incorporate some form of movement today and after the workout the nausea was completely gone...is that even possible. WOW 👌🏾. God bless you!

    Jo please please can you a small before sleeping workout but without sweat? I am religiously doing your workouts every morning and I wish you could do something without sweating before bed 🙃

    giving this workout a chance. i did it and i instantly feel my stomach smaller and i literally ate before this but my stomach feels not full anymore ! also i feel intense burning on my thighs🙏

    Finished it today! and i feel so much more digested. Thankyou for making a much needed video, unfortunately although we really shouldn't eat large meals before bed as our stomach needs coupl of hours to digest. This video is awesome if your out at your mums and they either order takeaway or other foods also made by mum and hot chocolate, etc. omg by 1am...your toast. You will not be going to sleep anytime soon without being somewhat undigested, Great exercise video. Subscribed!

    ii love your videos! The last time ii lost my weight u helped me out a lot! Ii ain't exercised in a yr & a half. Ii went from 150 to now 189 😢 ii told myself Monday "ii need to see my girl Jo!" Lol so ii looked up your workouts & started back. ii appreciate exercising with you! ❤️❤️❤️

    This is a really good one! I love the timing, the atmosphere of the background, the constant encouraging you do for us, and of course your doggo! :) that one in the cooldown where you cross your arms with the leg extended, it felt like a hip opening exercise too, which was nice. Thanks for the workout!

    I love your workout I had to cancel my gym membership due to some health issues getting worst. Your workouts are easy for me to follow and even with my leg weakness I take my time and can do them without many issues. I'm hoping by doing them throughout the week I will eventually have way more strength and feel like myself again physically thank u🙌🏾

    Thank you so much for this. I really told myself earlier today at work that i need to do something! Anything! And this is what i ended up completing.     I am gonna try her workouts before bed and a nap and if i can i will tell u guys if anything changed.I just did one today and liked it so i think i will do her workouts to make my metabolism faster and lose fat , and just be stronger.
