Hi, I know this question isn't directed at me but I think my advice will help u! 1. Go on Google and write TDEE, put in your details and it will show you your maintenance calories, then subtract 500-1000. For example, mine is 2300 and I will minus -600 my goal is 1700. 2. For meal ideas I recommend volume foods ( where you can eat a large quantity for minimal calories ), like popcorn, potatoes, watermelon, berries, and yoghurt ( Greek ). Here is a recipe I like to make, lettuce, rice/potatoes/ butternut squash (any carb), chicken mince, bell pepper, onion, cucumber and then I fry an egg on top! 3. Exercise, if you're a beginner you can start off with 20 mins a day and then increase it or after ur meals you can walk for 10 mins around the house! I recommend these youtubers ; shyrlin Kim, bomifit, ninadapper, Akari, and Hinafit. Find a workout you enjoy and stick to it 4x a week 4. Sleep!!! Have a stable sleep schedule, this will help u with ur cravings sm! And helps build muscle, burn calories, grow etc! Also good for stress ☺️ Hope it helps! For healthy recipes, if you have Instagram you can follow ellenafit👌 her recipes are really good. But also be creative, when making a meal always have these food groups, carbs, fats, protein, and veggies 🥰 Good luck, also remember, weight isn't linear, it is a journey so always remember to nourish yourself and take breaks when ur overwhelmed

NEVER eat 1200 calories or less unless if you’re short and not active at all. It slows down your metabolism and slows down ur weight loss journey plus ur energy levels drop and you don’t get as much food! -Switch out White carbs for Brown / Whole Carbs. white rice? No, try brown rice. White bread? No, try whole wheat. -Protein is important! Tuna is low calorie and high protein, grilled chicken is a good choice, but any type of meat not in excess is good. Even protein yogurt and drinks and such are great options! -Add lots more fermented foods like Kimchi, Honey, etc. -Add metabolism boosting foods, like Tomato and vegetables. -snack less, you don’t have to quit snacking but snacking less helps your body digest food faster and lowers blood sugar. -Carbs are NOT the enemy, neither are calories. The main reason people don’t lose weight is because of Added Sugar. Don’t avoid it, but on a diet you should limit it the most out of any other nutrient. -Finally, some days you should go out and give yourself a break. Every 2 weeks, have a cheat meal for example! It doesn’t have to be like this, you can adjust how many times you want cheat meals, but it’s good to have a break because you won’t get tired of all this healthy food and quit all together.
