Check the ph of the water to be around 6 before adding the mixture of propylene glycol and SA.

I got liquid 10% salicylic acid from the pharmacy, the ones used on corns on the feed. Tried mixing it with more water to make 2% but it crystallized. Is it not possible to dilute it?

Just with water - no. Salicylic Acid is almost insoluble in water, thats why the solution you bought is most likely is pure alcohol with acid

I made the same formulation,1st day there were no crystallization,but after adding hyaluronic acid powder,next day it recrystallized.
