I suffer from anxiety, insomnia and I am generally stressed and right now I am frustrated about stuff in my life! Can I just share here that I have applied all of your advice, and bought the suggested products, and I have to say it made a tremendous difference to my complexion. Perhaps the coconut sunscreen hasn’t agreed with me completely and because it’s very dark and wintery here in England at the moment, I decided not to use it until the sun is out, and instead I apply your homemade cream and oh my God- my skin looks and feels amazing !! It’s literally like made for my conplexion… it’s become visibly brighter, smoother, healthier, and firmer! It’s crazy but others have noticed the difference too! I tried a couple of different combinations of oils both with rosemary and then frankincense, and they are both just fabulous! I am totally in love with this. Also absolutely love the toner, it smells wonderful and feels wonderful on my skin. The egg mask I mixed with rosemary oil and applied to my hair and again, the results were just fabulous! So I wanted to say a big sincere THANK YOU for sharing this here, it’s life changing information!! I have been meaning to move away from artificial cosmetics for so long but couldn’t find anything that really worked, but this is MAGIC! The homemade cream is so easy to make and such beautiful consistency and it’s just wonderful! I will explore your channel for more good advice and hopefully other homemade recipes for skin, but for now I just wish you the best and may God reward you with blessings for being so kind and sharing it with us. This is the most wonderful review I've heard. I'm so thrilled for the amazing experience you're having! I have a fermenting channel and this is my one & only skincare video. But I'm so happy you found it!
@@CleanFoodLiving Thank you so much. I forgot to add that the homemade cream absorbs into the skin wonderfully, and makes perfect base for my makeup, although I wear very little. Baking soda is too alkaline and not good for the skin for exfoliation. The skin PH is acid. Also fine salt is good too. We used to use salt scrub with oil.@@jmc8076
I made some antibiotic ointment after watching another video. It had beeswax in it. It was supposed to have Shea butter but I was just experimenting and it seemed a bit expensive. My mix has beeswax, coconut oil, jojoba oil, olive oil, clove, tea tree, and oregano oil. I was amazed how quickly a small sore on my arm changed and healed. OK I'm male and 72 and not too worried about my face =). but the healing affects really made a difference.
@@elleelle7345 I don't know how much beeswax I used. I just melted some in a double boiler. Gonna guess about 1/4 cup. Same with the olive oil (use quality extra virgin) and coconut oil. About a table spoon of jojoba oil. The tea tree, oregano, and clove oil come in these really small bottles that you have to shake to get drops to come out. Maybe 6 to 10 drops of each. If it seems too hard add some more coconut oil or olive oil. If it's too soft add some more wax. The oils will make it softer, wax will make it harder. Don't be afraid to experiment. Interesting note: I had a sore on my arm that was slow healing. I was just starting and only had beeswax and olive oil mixed as I didn't have the other ingredients. One application of that and I was amazed how much better that sore was. So things will still work even if it's not exact or all there. Cheers and good luck.
A tip for those with oily skin, don't be afraid of using oils. My skin is now pretty normal after using oils, and I stopped trying to get rid of excess oil with harsh cleaners.
Deodorant is easy too. 1 part coconut oil, 1 part baking soda, 1 part corn starch. Few drops of essential oil. Stir up. Works great. My favorite scent is orange and clove, although rosemary works great too.
I have found baking soda to be a skin irritant for myself and many others agree. I instead use tapioca flour and a little calcium bentonite clay powder.
@lanetower3411 yes, I use them in deodorant recipes that call for baking soda. I leave out the baking soda and use the tapioca flour and or bentonite powder in its place. So there would be coconut oil or shea butter or other oils or butters in the mixture
i have a better solution stop all dairy products all red meat all alcohol ( or as much as possible to once a week max) and over some time you'll have very Very slight to no body smells.
Instead of egg for a mask, you can use Greek yogurt it’s a good probiotic too, or use a flaxseed gel mask. You can add honey or other food grade ingredients to those. Instead of sugar based scrubs, you can use a rice based, just crush a little rice in a coffee grinder. This is better than sugar for acne or pimple problems, as well as using apple cider vinegar on a cotton ball/pad for a toner. I had a small fungal infection on my right cheek and cured it completely with ACV. Slow, takes a while ti get used to, yet extremely effective. Love it so much that I still use it and my skin has never looked better. I don’t recommend it for injured skin and atopic skin condition.
@@syedahossain9733 I use it directly, will sting a bit the first 3 or 4 times, but then your skin will get used to it. Then for a toner, I use rose water. It’s very soothing, cooling and refreshing.
My skin, which is very dry, has gained lustre thanks to the olive oil I apply after the shower. And the egg mask makes my skin look nicer too. I had never taken care of my skin and now I'm doing it, following your method which you have so generously shared with us. Thanks a lot. I feel much better with a nicer skin. Even my nails look better.
Holy cow im so glad this video popped up for me! I love natural skin care, cruelty-free skin care, vegan skin care... I am 52 and people say I look late thirties/early forties 😊 I love using olive oil and coconut oil as moisturizers and honey with/without raw sugar for a scrub but I have never thought of making the face wash or that beautiful moisturizer! Thank you so much for sharing your secrets and for making such a calm, soothing video ❤ Definitely going to try some of these!
Never ever make your own sunscreen, especially if you live in a high skin-cancer rate country, it’s way too dangerous to depend on a home-made sunscreen unfortunately.
@@Jacqueline-LuoYes rapsberry seed oil 30-50 SPF Most sunscreens contains titanium dioxide and "irradiated particles of titanium dioxide can induce oxidative damage to DNA (2) which can lead to the development of mutant cells and skin cancers". So cancer high rate it's not all about sun........
I am 62 and i am grateful that people think im younger but i do believe in organic home made products although i will always need to buy sunblock which is Elta MD. I love your egg cream! I would apply eggwhite on my skin once in a while. The effect is miraculous! For homemade whitener i used mashed papaya with honey and lemon. It helps a lot with my hyperpigmentation. My most recent addition to my skincare routine is castor oil. For 3 months now, my skin is better than when i was 55. Thank you for this video!❤🎉
I’m a newcomer from Ukraine in Canada and I only started to watch your videos. I’m stroke… that’s amazing and I feel I’m lucky now: healthy beautiful suggestions and very understandable English for me. Now I want to see everything and probably would change skincare products in my bathroom Thanks a lot!)
Oh wow! Cosmetic companies aren’t going to like this! You obviously take good care of yourself and I just figured your diet and other good habits contributed to your beauty. But…OMG…that photo of your younger self! You definitely started out as a knockout too. This video was so timely. At 73, I do need to be careful of my skincare and my nighttime moisturizer is getting low. I especially need it during the winter months. I can’t wait to try some of your suggestions. I think this would be fun to do with my daughter in law too! She’s all about good skin care. You are really the whole package…brains, beauty, incentive, and a kind nature. Thanks for the video.
your skin looks great, but its your energy that really shines. You seem like a very kind & sweet soul. Just a small correction, jojoba is actually pronounced ha-hoa-ba. Keep shining ✨️
So on your face cream it works out to be: for every Tablespoon of oil, use a teaspoon of butters. That would surely make scaling this recipe (up or down), very easy! I personally use Jojoba oil with Neroli essential oil mixed in. This has worked very well for me, but then I am quite a bit older than you. I guess I just need the straight stuff. 😂 Fun fact: Years ago we would use an egg white mask. (Slightly whipped) Also, when my mother went through beauty college, she said their best facial was with just warmed honey. I have used both, but not in a very long time. I may have to start doing that again. (And fyi… Jojoba is pronounce Hohoba. The J is pronounced like an H. And technically it is a wax and not even an oil. But it sure feels good on my ole skin.) Enjoyed your video very much. Thanks for sharing.
In the picture of you when you were young you look almost otherworldly, like an angel! 😮 Your bedroom looks so serene and I love the robin egg blue color of your walls .❤❤
Awesome video. I love DIY skincare! People may think I’m crazy for this one, or perhaps not, as I have told two others…who now do it. Including my mom. I mix egg white, aloe Vera ( KinRose organic), add rose water ( Sweet Essentials Moroccan.) I whisk it then apply, with a dense makeup brush. Now here’s the crazy part….I sleep in it. Frownies used for face taping are expensive, so this is a good way to keep my face nice & tight ( my 11’s) while I sleep. My 11’s were so diminished & my face/neck felt like satin! I only do this every other night 😊
What about you is not 100% beautiful, natural, truthful, wise, informative helpful and looking younger every time I see a new video. You are my guru!!!
I like to infuse the oils with herbs for a couple months first. Certainly not necessary for everyone, but I have blemishes that are finally going away.
Of course, the most important thing is to not use any type of synthetic fragrances: fragrant laundry detergent, dryer sheets, air fresheners, Dawn dish soap, fragrant shampoos, soaps, etc. - Your skin looks great. I also make my own face wash, facial mask, toner, and moisturizer - glad I found you - YT is doing an excellent job of showing me the right videos.
Honey by itself cleanses very well. Just put a little on your wet fingers & gently scrub your wet face using finger tips, rinse off only to the point where it’s not sticky anymore but still dewy.
I just made your skin cream and I'm loving it! I like the ratio between the solid butters and the lighter liquid oils. If I put straight shea butter on my face, for example , it breaks out, but this thinner cream is much better. I like to wash my hair with egg (I, too, have my own chickens), so I should also like the face mask. I will try that next!
53 here! I loved this video. I make my body creams and lotions but I don’t have a face cream or mask. I’ve made notes. Thank you so much for all of this information! 🙏
I love these natural, simple, and easy ingredients for the skin 💚 Especially how you mentioned other important aspects of a healthy lifestyle, like getting enough sleep 💤 eating a balanced diet 😋 and managing stress. These are all vital for overall health and can really show on your face and help with aging! Thanks for also detailing and clarifying every step so well 🥰 You've created a fantastic post!😍😍
I made it today, still in the refrigerator, cant wait to try it. But i know it will take time to see the result. Thank you for sharing, your recipe is great and its so calming watching you explain all.
Watching your video was wonderful because i realised i'm not alone! You skin care routine is 96% the same as mine! My differences are, that i use grapeseed oil on my body and face... I use orange blossom water as a toner, simply because i dont like the smell of rose water... i dont use sunscreen... i use a chemical free soap bar for my face... Also i do certain things regarding my diet... i to do not smoke nor drink alcohol, dont like either... I'm 10years older than you but have such happy relaxed skin, most of all is the feeling of freedom for my skin. ❤
love this..thanks for sharing... i have made a lot of skin creams.. i do use beeswax and this helps to keep the cream solid a little better.. but some people may be opposed to using beeswax and that is ok... what i do to liquefy the butters is use a double boiler method.. i simply put the butters in a glass measuring cup and place in a pan of boiling water..that way it liquefies without any risk of burning or getting any chemicals from the pan..
Awesome! I have been making soap and moisturizers for 12 yrs, yet never been happy with moisturizer formulations. I am 67 and my skin is challenged! I can't wait to try your methods. So much easier and probably just what I need. 💖
I truly agree with your natural beauty regimen. It pays off to go for organic, naturally processed skin care products. I’m 63yo. With very minimal wrinkles ( as in no visible lines or creases). I have two sunspots which is visible in my face. I don’t put ổn sunscreen cos I’m allergic to some ingredients on the product. 😔 I only wear hat to cover my face if exposed tở sunlight. I try to avoid using the popularly advertised skin care products 😁. I just wash my face with very mild non perfumed soap, like Ivory or Dove. And apply coconut formulated creams. Even use coconut oil for my body. I’m oftentimes mistaken as a 45yo. Can you please help me research for a sunscreen that will suit a very sensitive skin like mine. God bless you!
Could you please please please do a weekly self care routine? I struggle creating a feminine self care routine so much and would love to see how other woman do it!
High-end, expensive products tend to dry out the skin making one to look older! I wonder if they do that on purpose to trick us into buying more? Anyway, it's best to use ingredients that are edible & basic. Olive oil, coconut oil etc. 😊
Hi dear. Can u suggest me sum oil coz cold presses olive oil makes me darker and coconut oil makes my skin white heads and milia.. wat to use other thing for acne prone aging skin.
My first time, watching your video, your climb presentation, and hearing your voice so soft and kindness love, all the natural ingredients. Thank you so much.❤
Your home-made face cream is perfect, thank you for this recipe and clear instructions. I have sensitive skin, but a combination of olive oil, shea butter, coconut oil and peppermint oil has had zero negative effects for me.
I'm 50 and have no wrinkles (a couple on my forehead) and I'm often told I look like I'm in my early thirties, late twenties. I make homemade rice water just by putting 1/3c rice with 2Cups water and then putting it in a spray bottle in my fridge and every time I open the fridge with my make-up free face. fwiw to anybody I smoked until I was thirty, love junk food, did lots of drugs, never wore sunscreen, and had a pretty rough twenties and thirties just like everyone else, however, I am very spiritual and quote the god meditate often and refuse in my mind to grow old if that makes sense
You look absolutely amazing for your age!! Ty for this video I'm 38 and I do smoke unfortunately but plan to quit soon and I do have a little bit of wrinkles as I've been smoking for years, quit twice and should have continued. I believe in natural ingredients because serums, creams etc can cause more damage to the skin. Again, thank you for sharing. Your a beautiful soul inside and out 💜
Watching your calm presentation and hearing your soothing voice actually reduced the stress I was feeling!😅 And the skin-care information you give is exceptional. I'm so glad to find your channel! Thank you!😊
Your video is just fabulous. From raising chickens (which touched my heart) to your skin care. I especially like that you make your moisturizer for just one jar and it’s water free. And you didn’t have to use a blender to mix it!
I just picked my third round of rose hips, thank you so much for all the great information! I made a big pot of the concentrate, I add it to my water bottle every day. I dried a bunch and put them whole in jars, and some I whizzed them up and made up tea bags and put them in a jar for quick tea. I have one comment about the process though... you have to make sure you strain the juice with cheesecloth before drinking it, otherwise you will get "itchy bum" from the hairs that are on the seeds. I almost learned this the hard way, but thankfully my daughter told me about this before I strained the concentrate!
I absolutely love your presentation in all your videos. They are concise and you’re not hyper enthusiastic I just love your presentation and all these recipes that you are sharing ❤
Question, I’m almost 68 and don’t have any skin problems like pimples and such. Is skin toner necessary for someone my age? Also, what do you wash your hair with? It always looks so healthy.
I think you have a good heart, that is why you look young and graceful as a 48 year old lady. You're inspirational. I'm 38 and I'm starting to see wrinkles on my forehead. I got worried. When I watched your video I got calm, learning from your advice. Thankyou. 😊🙏👏👏👏🆒😎🤟✌️🕊️🌍

Thank you for these recipes, I have sensitive skin and always looking to make my own products with what mother nature provides! Yes lifestyle is the key, I turn 50 soon and I feel fantastic! 🥰
Hi, thanks for the recipe, I will suggest not using a teflon pan to melt the butters, as most non stick pans contain chemicals that are released into your food, in this case the butters you’re melting.

Flax seed gel is a good substitute for egg. Diluted , it makes a good hair rinse. I often combine it with coffee and put it over my hair as a leave in.
Thx. I've used glycerin soap and witch hazel since I was a teen. I've always taken care of my skin both externally and internally. Genetics kept me young looking until menopause.
Sugar can be replaced with bicarbonate and olive oil with castor oil because that can go over the eyes and eyebrows, it's thick but not as acidic as olive oil.
Thanks for sharing! I make a very similar face cream but I use tallow instead of butters. I use an immersion blender to make it fluffy. I can’t wait to try the mask/ scrub combo.
@@maureengreen8240 I’m able to source it from the local farm where I get my beef. I’ve seen where you can order it online. It’s more expensive though. So if you can find a good farmer near you it’s worth going to buy it from them.
The "I'm not like I'm going to "deep fry" myself comment threw me for a loop.😁 I'm going to bookmark and watch this again later. You have some great tips in this video.☺️
I love this! I'm going to try your face cream and mask. I use grass fed beef gelatin with a few drops of rosemary oil for a hair and face mask. I also make my own face oil, and I've never went back. I call my mixture Coca Cola oil because the combination smells like Coke. For those with rosacea, dermatitis, and other skin issues, Tamanu oil is amazing. I use half Tamanu oil and half Sweet Almond oil as my carrier. Because I was battling Perioral Dermatitis, I also carefully combined cinnamon oil (which is hot, so beware), tea tree, orange, lemon, and bergamot. I can't remember the exact amount of drops, but it's very gentle on my skin and keeps the spread of the dermatitis under control when it decides to visit.
😂 “I’m not going to deep fry myself.” ❤ I use a mixture of coconut, magnesium and castor oil. I love the deep fry feel. I found olive oil too sticky. Caster too hence the mixture. Tks for the info. 👍👍

One application of that and I was amazed how much better that sore was. So things will still work even if it's not exact or all there. Cheers and good luck.
@@dragoncarver287 Thank you for sharing, much appreciated.
I need all the help I can get😂 to age well!
@@rs-wj1sm Don't we all? lol
I'm 63. I use yogurt and tumeric masks, castor and almond oils. Witch hazel too.😊❤
A tip for those with oily skin, don't be afraid of using oils.
@@christine2175 do you mix them with coconut oil?
@lanetower3411 yes, I use them in deodorant recipes that call for baking soda. I leave out the baking soda and use the tapioca flour and or bentonite powder in its place. So there would be coconut oil or shea butter or other oils or butters in the mixture
i have a better solution
stop all dairy products
all red meat
all alcohol ( or as
much as possible
to once a week
max)
and over some time you'll have very Very slight to no body smells.
🌹💙 I’m a senior citizen in my sixties on a limited income; thank you for this. I hope your day is kind to you. Blessings. 🙏
Diet is important.
Taking care of your skin from the inside.
Eating avocadoes makes a big difference. Also, good quality olive oil helps.
Do you use acv directly on your skin or dilute it with something?
@@syedahossain9733 I use it directly, will sting a bit the first 3 or 4 times, but then your skin will get used to it.
Then for a toner, I use rose water. It’s very soothing, cooling and refreshing.
@@abeerali7834 Thank you...will try it out
@@syedahossain9733 My pleasure 😊
@@syedahossain9733I personally find ACV too strong to use direct on the skin. I always dilute half acv and half part water
I am 52 and people say I look late thirties/early forties 😊
I love using olive oil and coconut oil as moisturizers and honey with/without raw sugar for a scrub but I have never thought of making the face wash or that beautiful moisturizer! Thank you so much for sharing your secrets and for making such a calm, soothing video ❤ Definitely going to try some of these!
To make your own sunscreen you can just use your skin cream recipe and add zinc oxide powder, vitamin E and raspberry seed oil.
much appreciation for your information. how does one know the quantities of each ingredient you listed to add to the skin cream? thank you.
Never heard of raspberry seed oil
Never ever make your own sunscreen, especially if you live in a high skin-cancer rate country, it’s way too dangerous to depend on a home-made sunscreen unfortunately.
@@Jacqueline-LuoEXACTLY. I had a small business making and selling products like this. There's so much science that goes into being safe in the sun.

Most sunscreens contains titanium dioxide and "irradiated particles of titanium dioxide can induce oxidative damage to DNA (2) which can lead to the development of mutant cells and skin cancers".
Now I want to see everything and probably would change skincare products in my bathroom
Thanks a lot!)
Gram flour as facewash, rice water as toner and Jojoba oil/Castor oil/Black seed oil as moisturizer. Going to try your routine as well. Thanks a ton❤
You're so sweet😊

Unsalted butter is my go-to moisturizer in a bind… thank you
Yay! I make my skin oil for face with jojoba, sea buckthorn and use rose, frankensense, and sandalwood. Im 52 and hardly have wrinkles.
Nice combination 👍🏼
What is the recipe
your skin looks great, but its your energy that really shines. You seem like a very kind & sweet soul. Just a small correction, jojoba is actually pronounced ha-hoa-ba. Keep shining ✨️
1would love another video on other products you use, such as shampoo, body wash, laundry detergent and dish soap
Fun fact: Years ago we would use an egg white mask.
But it sure feels good on my ole skin.)
Enjoyed your video very much. Thanks for sharing.
In the picture of you when you were young you look almost otherworldly, like an angel! 😮
Your bedroom looks so serene and I love the robin egg blue color of your walls .❤❤
Awesome video.
I love DIY skincare!
People may think I’m crazy for this one, or perhaps not, as I have told two others…who now do it.
Including my mom.
I mix egg white, aloe Vera ( KinRose organic), add rose water ( Sweet Essentials Moroccan.)
I whisk it then apply, with a dense makeup brush.
Now here’s the crazy part….I sleep in it.
Frownies used for face taping are expensive, so this is a good way to keep my face nice & tight ( my 11’s) while I sleep.
My 11’s were so diminished & my face/neck felt like satin!
I only do this every other night 😊
Hi dear can we leave aloe vera im allergic to it so wat can we use either for wrinkle free glowing whitening skin care it wil be helpful thank u.
Sounds like a great idea! I've been looking at the Frownies...but too expensive for me.
Would you be willing to share the recipe?
What about you is not 100% beautiful, natural, truthful, wise, informative
helpful and looking younger every time I see a new video. You are my guru!!!
Thank you for pure and simple presentation. Will definitely make the Face Cream. Little tip: Jojoba is pronounced hohoba.
I like to infuse the oils with herbs for a couple months first. Certainly not necessary for everyone, but I have blemishes that are finally going away.
Wow, what is your recipe?❤
Of course, the most important thing is to not use any type of synthetic fragrances: fragrant laundry detergent, dryer sheets, air fresheners, Dawn dish soap, fragrant shampoos, soaps, etc. - Your skin looks great. I also make my own face wash, facial mask, toner, and moisturizer - glad I found you - YT is doing an excellent job of showing me the right videos.
Honey by itself cleanses very well. Just put a little on your wet fingers & gently scrub your wet face using finger tips, rinse off only to the point where it’s not sticky anymore but still dewy.
But it’s sticky 😖
Does it work if I have makeup on?
@@meoww936 yes.
I love how precise you are. Very clear and easy to understand, whether you’re making pickles or a face cream. 👏🏼
I also think the probiotics and enzymes play a huge part in the way the face looks too
I made it today, still in the refrigerator, cant wait to try it.
What’s your recipe for lotion
Yes, they do. Or they have the fitting "solution" product for that in their line.
Thank you so much.❤
OMG. That voice. I could put you playing in the background and let the vibes wash over me. So good
I love the color of paint on your walls, so pretty.
What a cool statement. My blessings goddess❤
Thank you for your candid comment. I lived the same crazy lifestyle.
Perfect Sense.. thats the secret.. thats my philosophy and ive been looking younger and younger.. all is in the mind..
Hi, do you just put raw rice in the water and leave it all together in the bottle? Thank you
You look absolutely amazing for your age!!
Thank you!😊
Felt the same about her voice, so calming 😂
I am loving using olive oil on my skin after a shower. My skin is so soft! Thank you 💗
Trying this today!!!!🙌 thank you for the awesome videos. Will update when I start using it.
Baking soda works well too and could be a sugar substitue, but it might be good if you are making tiny cuts with the sugar.
Add beeswax to firm up the texture for hot temperatures I whip up the mixture to bind

Thank you. I'm going to try this recipe. All natural is best. I also want to get away from moisturizers with words I can't pronounce.❤

Hi, thanks for the recipe, I will suggest not using a teflon pan to melt the butters, as most non stick pans contain chemicals that are released into your food, in this case the butters you’re melting.
I wondered about that, too. Maybe it's not teflon, but one of the newer (supposedly) non-toxic options? I hope so.

Flax seed gel is a good substitute for egg. Diluted , it makes a good hair rinse. I often combine it with coffee and put it over my hair as a leave in.
Interesting! What does coffee do? Won’t it stain towels and clothing?
I like the ideal of tallow wherevwould I get clean, pure tallow anyway.

Another informative, instructional, simplistic, healthy video. My goodness, you look much younger than your age. Thanks for sharing man.
For rosacea can you give some more tips
