I love these. I had cushings, so as a result, I developed osteoporosis from the calcium leeching and weakening the bone. Now that I'm cured from cushings, the damage has been done, so I'm trying to do more weight bearing and balance and mobility to preserve and strengthen. Thank you!

Hello Meg, what a meaningful coincidence I found your channel, July 2023 I broke the 5th metatarsal in two places in my left foot, recovered nicely..only on the 26th December 2023 I tripped and badly sprained my foot and leg on the right. Obviously being out of commission for around 5 months, my fitness is in a bad day......I am used to walking at least 3 miles a day. So your gentle exercises are a true blessing and hopefully I can now with your help get my self sorted. May I add the accidents were just that.... accidents .... no dizziness etc., (hurrying -multi tasking) I am from the UK......aged 79 yrs. Love Finley .....he lays there thinking...I'll just watch
Love the march, can I do them with socks instead of sneakers? Are these balance exercises alright for me having a goosefoot tendonitis that bothers me frequently? ❤
