The neck and shoulders video is great!!! I’m 91 years old and do my own house work and cooking. My stiffness in the neck has improved greatly!!! You are the only one I’ve viewed that does warmup before beginning!!!
It is an important note to do a warm-up before stretching exercises. We often don't remember this because stretching exercises seem gentle. As you say, Meg, occasional exercise every few days is a misconception. You need to exercise systematically, every day. It can be a different type of exercise each time. I have had daily back & hip pain for yrs.,causing a lot of sleepless nights.l have not been doing them for very long.I now find I have a lot less pain, & sleeping much better at night. I want to try this. I was in the hospital and had a non shoulder related surgery and got behind on my normal exercise routine. Then i exercised and over did it, and now i have shoulder pain on right shoulder. So im wanting some very mild exercise so i can get back to my normal routine where i use a rubber band and 5 and 10 pound weights. Im 65 years old also. 👍

I am having more and more difficulty looking to one side or another while riding in the car, and at almost 87 years of age, there are still a lot of things to see out there that I don’t want to miss when my son or daughter say, “Hey Mom, look over there!”
