    Leg exercises felt good. The heel to toe balance exercise was challenging so will need to work on that. See you tomorrow Meg.

    Day 3 done! Getting easier each day. Stronger legs will motivate me to walk longer distances.

    Here from Manotick again... Adding the towel was a good idea: it made more conscious of my movements, I was more "with it", making sure not to lose the towel! My legs got a run for their money, warm and feeling good. I am looking forward to tomorrow's session. Thank you Meg!

    Hi Meg, I'm still a day behind but I'm getting my workouts in! I've never had such bad side effects from a medication before. But, I enjoyed the workout. It was fun to do something a little different and challenging, too. I wanted to do two of your videos tonight but my body just won't let me. I will try again to get two done tomorrow so I can finish on time. Thanks again!

    Great exercises. One suggestion with the chair sitting and standing exercise. Regular chair seat height can be really challenging for older adults so using a kitchen stool with a higher seat helps.

    This is my second week with this challenge Meg, I really enjoy this for now, until I can get more endurance I will continue with this for the next few days. I did the full body on Monday (5mos ago) is why I'm only on day (2) of the 2mos ago, (5)day challenge. If God says so, I'll join you tomorrow for the 3rd day☺☺

    OK so I was able to do the exercises however, I think I misunderstood about the towel. I put the towel on top of my foot and now I see that the tile should have been underneath your foot. Ha ha ha. Oh well.

    Kathy for day 3 from Springfield Oregon. I could do the towel exercise as all we have in our place is carpet. Is there a way to do those exercises on carpet. I would love to be able to do them.
