The Premier League has accused Manchester City of breaking its financial rules following a four-year investigation.
The reigning Premier League champions have been referred to an independent commission over alleged breaches of a series of financial rules between the 2009-10 and 2017-18 seasons.
Man City are accused by the Premier League of not providing accurate financial information - but what does this mean for the club, and what could the repercussions be for Pep Guardiola’s side?
JJ Bull talks to Matt Slater on the incident.

La Liga used to be better when we got both strong Barça and Madrid, Valencia, Deportivo giving a lot of trouble to those two(back then it was way harder to win la liga) and sometimes teams like Atletico, Athletic and Villarreal doing awesome seasons.
Now it's just become Barça and Madrid fighting for it while Atletico keeps its 2nd or 3rd place depending on how those two do. These three can Compete in Europe for obvious reasons, but the other teams who aren't Colossus can't keep their players if they do a good season or two, just look at the majority of players who composed Barça and Madrid, they are the best players of the other teams

No, because that's not how it works. City could get stripped of titles, but no one will be retroactively awarded them. The only top league instance of a team being retroactively awarded a title after the winners were stripped of it was Inter Milan in 05/06, but that was only possible because the season had just finished 2 months earlier, and they hadn't even started the next season. There's no precedent for teams to be awarded a title years later, or even halfway through the next season, otherwise Inter would have also been awarded the 04/05 title as well (which was left vacant).
