the camel jockeys will spend billions to find out any corruption the Premier League has had a hand in, they will use that to bury their wrongdoings and that will be that. Football is all about money now, we have lost it.
Yet they're able to spend at least as much while being hundreds of millions in debt. How anybody can think that City are so bad while believing what United are doing is perfectly acceptable beggars belief. You couldn't make it up, although in United's case you don't have to.
@ @severnsea First, you dont know how ffp for example, works. Second, United have way more fans compared to City, witch translates into money (unless you cheatvthat is.)

Your club should hire the best possible lawyers and appeal all the punishments you received on the grounds that if man city are not guilty then neither are you! You're correct in saying what's good for one is good for all.
This is actually sickening , this completely discredited Man City football clubs existence as a legitimate football club. All titles don’t matter , and this team would never have been put together to even compete at high levels. It’s a shame…
Why werent all 3 CAS arbitrators chosen independently?? This hearing was a complete joke. And wouldnt be surprised if all those 115 charges miraculously disappear because of a 'technicality'.
How strange this may come across to people not accustomed to legal procedures, it is actually a common procedure which appeared to hav been followed here by CAS. In various fields of law where disputes/cases are handled through arbitration the arbiters are selected in this manner. Both parties involved are allowed to select one arbiter, then those two arbiters select a third arbiter who presides the arbitration panel.

The Scottish FA had the balls to relegate and punish Rangers and the Italian FA had the balls to relegate and punish Juventus. The FA and the Premier League - SPINELESS!
And unlike those two sides, none of the players, and hardly any of the fans will stick around after the hammer comes down. And that says all anyone needs to know about the legitimacy of the club.
Interestingly Juve were recently punished for the Danilo-Cancelo swap with City. Would be interesting to see what punishment comes City's way since they did the same creative accounting

You realise the premier league is run by the 20 chaimen of the clubs? Most of them billionaires, that will be some back hander. Cause i'm pretty sure they'll want to fuck city over.
The football fans need to make sure they don't get off. Really think of how City's bullshit has negativity affected the game. Creating this sports washing, cheating environment, and most importantly how many teams they have effectively relegated, dumped from cup competitions, and flat out stolen from. It's not about the big clubs, it's about the rest that they've fucked over.
I'm a lifelong City fan and was initially gutted when we were bought by an overseas entity that appeared to have no connection to Manchester, the team or even the country. But my view softened when they started to spend real money on the club, its facilities, the local area and on buying amazing players. Watching football played at the level that they've achieved has been an absolute joy. But if this is proven to be true I'm not sure if City would or should be allowed to come back from this as so many of our defining achievements are tainted....
Yes! I hope those in Man U that wants their club to be taken over by a human rights abusing nation, Qatar, reconsider. Chelsea went Russian and City Middle Eastern and in both cases fans now are putting their hard earned money into the pockets of no good people. Personally I do not want to see football clubs becoming battlefield for criminals and human rights abusing dictatorships that withhold workers, treated like slaves, passports with no legal rights. IF Man U are sold to Qatar I will instantly leave the Man U sites I use and never watch a Man U match ever again. I do not watch City nor Chelsea matches for same reasons. NO sport are more important than human rights and people being treated with dignity. I will not contribute one Pound to owners that at the same time have workers dying from dehydration and overwork in the baking sun without any legal rights. I am frankly beyond disgusted. The current incompetent US capitalists owning Man U now are one thing. Killers are another. No dictatorship football league ever for me! I have followed Man U for over 30 years but it might not last long if sold to the wrong people. NOT IN MY NAME!
If a City can explain how City can all of sudden claim to bring in more revenue income than Real Madrid, and Manchester United, I'll be impressed. That's the thing that makes me believe the allegations are true because there is zero chance City's revenue's are as high as they claim.

The ONLY suitable punishment would be expulsion from the PL for a minimum of 5 years (and having to work their way up the leagues afterwards) and all parties involved to be banned from investing in football for life.
That would never happen though. Even a much more reasonable punishment would involve such levels of legal action that it would bankrupt UEFA. Abu Dhabi is richer than the sporting body.

It’s more of an example of your hatred than anything of logic. And City owners will respond to that in the same way. The fair punishment would be points deduction. And that’s what I think is gonna happen.
When you have a lot of money and power, nothing can stand in your way. There is no doubt both CASS & UEFA received hush money from the UAE. Because for something this serious all the sudden dropped and forgotten.

Shame to all who were involved in this act of corruption and denial of justice. Football fans don't deserve this. Big up to the hacker btw, true football hero
Football has always been corrupt, but with the money in the game now the scale has become obscene. I doubt City will be punished because the FA and Premier League are equally corrupt, and ultimately care for the bottom line, which is money. Kicking City out of the league will hurt the PL's revenue, not to mention damage the PL's reputation for allowing such large scale corruption to be carried out. An example needs to made, but I don't think they have the nerve to do it.
michael platini uefa president arrested for corruption.. this video appears...and attacks man city.. man city is not corrupt, they are not wrong and they use clean money not black money.. only they are too rich that some people want their money.. the problem is the city can't sue because they are a federation. does the law go one way. if the wrong club the club will get a sanction.. but what if the federation is wrong...?
Sweeping statement saying the PL and FA are corrupt, you’ll need to support that with some evidence…… That aside, the PL need to be careful, if Citeh, the Saudi’s and Qatari’s, continue with their financial domination and winning everything the PL will cease to be interesting…..they need to protect the product……
I can remember my dad telling me about Peter Swan getting a lifetime ban in 1964 playing for Sheffield Wednesday, after he and 2 other players had made a bet on Wednesday losing a match. Modern day club revenue has rapidly increased since those days and along with that a steady increase in rule breaking. Corruption has been around a long time in football and morals fly out the window when there's a promise of a big paycheck
Spot on. Morals mean nothing when getting rich is put in front of someone. People forget how UEFA screwed over 40+ nations in Europe in 94-95 season and then again 2 years later. This has continued since then. UEFA gave England an automatic ticket to the Champions league fir the league champions, when their teams had failed to get past the qualifiers for the seasons previous. 2 years later, the runners-up were then invited to compete for the small handful of nations UEFA favoured just get rich. Morals were nowhere then and today we have elitist attitudes in a small group of nations. A financial and footballing lanscape that has destroyed European football for the last 30 years for 90% of Europes nations.
Tony Kay got a lifetime ban back in the 60's too didn't he? He would {I believe, from what I've been told by uncles} been a great player for us {Everton}
That's the whole point....clubs can never compete if they can't invest money. The big 4 clubs who had the monopoly on all the euro cash never wanted anyone to encroach on their cartel.
@@PauleymackI mean they can though can’t they, Leipzig, Lille, Leicester, Brighton. There are lots of examples of clubs doing it legitimately. By the time of was brought in the owner had already ploughed in about a billion or more of his own money. Everyone wants competition, they just want fair competition and don’t eat a sugar Daddy going “you know what I’m gunna play football manager with Wolves, but the club, but then a stadium, double all their salaries, but the most expensive coach’s and best players and buy success because I can” That’s effectively what City have done and despite the advantages they already had they still cheated and tried to get around the rules put in place……….. I for one hope they are hit and hit hard and lose most of the titles they have and kicked down a few divisions like Juventus.

What the fuck you would you know about common sense? Like most of the rest on here all you have to do is make a simple comparison: Compare them with a club who: - are almost a billion in debt - have won comparitively fuck all - have LOST countless hundreds of millions on players sales - have paid off various managers in recent years - have owners who are milking the club - are currently badly run on and off the field - have moved their registered office to a tax haven called Cayman Islands and yet have STILL managed to spend at least as much in recent years. now ask yourself, given these facts, which club should be investigated. Now tell me you have any common sense. Pillock.
Manchester City is not a "Sporting Giant!" If a millionaire buys a corner shop it doesn't make it a retail giant, it remains a corner shop owned by a rich man!
They weren’t a corner shop though. If you believe that then you’re an idiot. They were about the 17th richest club on the planet 20 years ago playing in the world’s best league. So at the very least they were already a sleeping giant and with a long history considering they’d first won major silverware in 1904, not won a trophy for almost 30 yrs but were still attracting big crowds. Now they’ve grown to maybe 5-10 times in size and that’s just MCFC without taking into consideration the CFG global group of clubs. They’re the biggest sporting institute in the world. If that’s not a giant then I don’t know what is.
But if the rich person thar bought the corner store then invested in the shop and bought out all its neighbours and made it the biggest provision shop in the district that performs better than retail giants, then expands to throughout the rest of the country. Then started expanding and competes with the biggest retail shops in Europe. Then won a prestigious European retail shop trophy. Would they then be considered a retail giant? Will it be sour grapes from other big retail shops to continue calling them a little corner shop? 😂
The number of solicitors is meaningless if the evidence is sound. The evidence was torn to pieces and proven in some cases to be outright deliberate fabrication.
@@HRHMANSOUR Incorrect, the evidence produced was not proven to be fabricated, it was just ignored in favour of the word of two of the Man City officials, who, it appears now, were lying. Inexplicably, UEFA decided not to appeal, when they had been advised to do so, because of concerns surrounding conflict of interest of the Chairman of the CAS panel, and a clear imbalance in the make up of the panel. I wish to point out that I am not suggesting any impropriety between UEFA and Man City, despite the head of UEFA being "entertained" at a Man City match, just 2 days before the CAS hearing.
OK smartarse, explain then, If it's that simple you should have some undisputable evidence. You haven't, have you? Nope, thought not. So like everybody else with no solid evidence, by making a definitive statement you cannot prove is true, all you are is somebody lying about others who you are accusing of lying. Absolute scum.
Even with this, we're not even close. You know those bots on Twitter always promising guaranteed betting wins? Always the Latvian league. When you're fixing every game down to the result, you're making Serie A look like Sunday League.
I love football and I don’t mind that there will always be better teams than my own. But I can’t stand cheating, on the pitch, or it would appear in this case off the pitch. The Premier League need to get on with their investigation and reach a verdict ASAP, in months not years. If Man City won’t cooperate or try to continue to slow the process down then they should be found guilty without further delay.
Liverpool not only failed FFP but they hacked in to our computer system. Isn't that cheating? What about UTD being 700 million in debt, that ok is it?? I swear you lot pick and choose what to be upset about. Not only is there NO EVIDENCE but FFP is only put in place to stunt growth.
That’s not how the law works . N tbh I don’t believe you about the cheating . We all have a price ( granted some cheaper than others ) you’re no different
In fact the PL has completed its investigation, which is why they were able to bring the 115 charges (or is it 116? I can't remember). There is effectively a judicial process ongoing in which City will no doubt 100% fully cooperate with , so we now await the judgement of proven either innocent or guilty for each and every charge, and then finally the sanctions they'll receive for any guilt. Regardless of what comes down the line, in my view Man City have raped the sport entirely of its integrity, and proved they have no interest to take part in Professional Sport, as that fundamentally means an even playing ground for all competitors.
The whole club should be re-investigated. I still find it fascinating that no one mentions the fact Pep Guardiola was done as a player for taking performance enhancing drugs (twice) but apparently it never merits a mention. If he found no problem doing this as a player then why would he see this as an issue when a coach???
He was cleared the second time and it was a trace amount which it has been proven could not possibly have made any difference to his performance levels. It was later discovered that changes in the World Anti-Doping Agency's guidelines were made because some athletes naturally generated a certain amount of nandrolone. This is now a well known, well established fact and many other players and other athletes have been caught out by this error, including Jaap Stam and Edgar Davids. But just like most other posters on here you have managed to find something and twist it to suit your agenda rather than tell the full story, which says more about your honestly than it does about Guardiola's. Very much different from George Best's known actual Class A drug taking, or Rio Ferdinand deliberately missing a drugs test and "disappearing" for a few days.
@@-A-lm5xb I was merely raising the point. The club needs to be investigated anyway. This is just an addendum. Which of the two times he tested positive are you talking about? They were (two weeks apart from each other) on 21 October and on 4 November 2001 the one after a match against Lazio in Rome, or the other one? Interesting also that he hired the same dodgy doctor when manager at Barcelona. Good to know he cleared his name, but continued taking the advice from the doctor with performance enhancing vitamins.

6 months on, the Toffees have lost 10 points as a result of financial FairPlay breaches and it’s still crickets on Citeh’s criminal and fraudulent actions.
Everton admitted they had done something wrong. Obviously it takes a considerable amount of time to investigate over 100 charges, Everton's took 4 years by the way, but obviously nobody on here is interested in a fair and proper investigation because if you were you wouldn't even be questioning it.
And if they're not? Don't bother answering, you'll all just claim they paid everybody off. Funny how everything was fine before isn't it.
The bodies of several players who came into his teams looked totally different after just a year training under him. It's interesting.
@@willdobson7351 There is no point to raise, I'm not entertaining it in any depth. it's just another slur that you lot are looking for, for no apparent reason other than you're dying to find City guilty because that suits your agenda. The current incompetent US capitalists owning Man U now are one thing. Killers are another. No dictatorship football league ever for me! I have followed Man U for over 30 years but it might not last long if sold to the wrong people. NOT IN MY NAME!
Become? It's always been disgusting.
By delaying a conclusion UEFA are just allowing resentment and ridicule to increase. What's worse is that everyone sees it building except them, we all saw it with Chelsea and City but UEFA acted like they had no idea and if they did they wilfully ignored it
This has nothing to do with UEFA, but it is a good indication of exactly how much you know and how clued up you are.
@@severnsea thanks for your contribution
Chelsea haven’t broken any financial rules
They need City in the Champions league this is what I was worried about and the PL doesn't want to damage the premier league so I doubt they will do anything maybe a small fine.
Chelsea have not broken any rules though..
Deny, Deny, Deny and Obfuscate seems to be the modus operandi of Man City in relation to their 115 charges
What would you do if you hadn't done anything wrong? Are you one of life's victims,. you would admit something just to get them off your back or something like that?
Too late for regulation.
The FA permitted the buying of Newcastle and currently Manchester United
the biggest scandal in football history is the introduction of ffp. done soley to protect the cartel, and make it impossible for any other club to compete, disgraceful, with corrupt uefa at the heart of it
18 prem clubs voted to bring in ffp. Soton and city voted against. The efl also brought in ffp. 90% of clubs is a vast majority not a cartel.
@@lilbaz8732 Cartel. It was United, Liverpool and Arsenal that pushed for it and everyone else went along with it. They would do wouldn't they, given that they were getting stuffed by City by 4 or 5-nil every week.
@@severnsea i spose they pushed for la liga and serie a to introduce their own versions too?
Take off the tin foil hat mate. There is no conspiracy. City knew the rules and purposefully cheated. They are the lance armstrong of football and should face the same punishment.
@@lilbaz8732 You know absolutely nothing about the case, you've already demonstrated that and you're trying to convince who, me or yourself? Carry on crying, this is envy and bitterness thinly disguised as shock and disgust. If this was a baked beans company or a truck manufacturers or something nobody would give a toss.
It's not City who are hundreds of millions in debt yet still able to spend more than anybody else, and it's not City they should be investigating. There has never been a club in football that is this well run, certainly not in the UK and they're going to be on top for a long time. Get over it.
