Break fast options :-
1) 2 egg veggie omllet / 2 hole egg
2) smoothie (mango+ banana) (strawberry banana) (watermelon)
3) besan chilla + losts of vegetables
4) green mung chilla

Apne Exercise bhi kiye ya sirf diet se hi wait kam kiye plz bataye
Em : Warm water
Breakfast : smoothie / Besan chilla & chutney with tea / 2 eggs
omelette with tea
Mid morning : ajwain /jeera water
Lunch : 1 green veg & Dahi salad with 1 Besan roti /vegtable
Pulao with Raita
Evening : Tea
Dinner : stir fry vegetable / 1 bowl papaya / fruit raita / Loky Raita
Bed : ajwain / jeera water
Morning: 2 glass luke warm water or 1 glass luke warm water with a lemon squeezed in it
Breakfast: option 1:smoothie: make with mango banana or strawberry banana
Option 2: Basan Cheela with vegetables
Option 3: 2 boiled eggs or omellet
Along with tea or coffee without sugar
Midmorning snack: 1 cup ajwain or jeera water or 1 seasonal fruit
Lunch: option 1: bajra or jowar or ragi roti or besan roti (only 1) with salad , curd and any homemade sabzi
Option 2: veggie pulaav (less rice more veggies) with bowl of Raita and chutney
Midevening snack: one cup of tea or coffee or 30gms of roasted makhana or peanuts
Dinner: option 1: Stir fry vegetables
Option 2 : Fruits or fruit Raita
Bedtime drink before half n hour of sleep:

From my experience, dont focus on loosing weight fastly.
Just cutdown sugar(but i used to take half spoon sugar daily for coffee, just half spoon per day) , cutdown maida and fried foods and junk foods.
Diet should also be enjoyable or else you wont be able to follow for longer term.
Exercise 4 times a week.
This is a healthy routine and has worked for me.
