From my experience, dont focus on loosing weight fastly. Just cutdown sugar(but i used to take half spoon sugar daily for coffee, just half spoon per day) , cutdown maida and fried foods and junk foods. Diet should also be enjoyable or else you wont be able to follow for longer term. Exercise 4 times a week. This is a healthy routine and has worked for me. Thank u
