Quality control is very important. Restaurant I used to work at while it was small and only drive thru the owner only accepted the best, you could not serve anything less. That's what you want from a restaurant that's serving you food. You don't want to waste food but wasting food is better than serving bad food that will not get eaten anyway and/or could make someone sick. Just gotta learn to make it right consistently, a mistake here and there is only human but for professional chefs the mistakes should be minor and fixed right away as it shouldn't be a mistake that you make a lot. My boss wasn't Gordon Ramsay but he definitely had similar energy and wasn't afraid to yell at employees who didn't understand what they were doing wrong lol, while yelling isn't pleasant , having the passion and stress of importance of quality is admirable. While I didn't make mistakes often, working at that job definitely made me consistent and thorough and decreased chances of me making mistakes even more.

I love how good of a day Mary had in that episode. She really took over and did her thing. Idk I just love seeing when chefs get into their own on the show like that
Quality control is very important.
'Should I recommend something else?'
'Ya recommend a new fucking restaurant.' 😂
I think it's scarier when Gordon speaks with worrying tone like 13:12.
That moment in the last clip where Ramsay chews out Michael for putting a super hot pan down makes me think he was remembering when Heather from season 2 got badly burned by someone else doing the exact same thing.
1:42 “who’s coo- who-“ Gordon was in disBELEIF 😂😂
💀
3:10, why did he have raw crab in the kitchen? He’d give someone shit for that on kitchen nightmares lol
I am wondering if it was producer sabotage which happens sometimes specifically to manufacture drama
I like how the two diner chefs were like “uh oh! uhhh, should be take over?” Lmao.
I love watching these while eating my chicken nuggets, helps me really feel involved. Also, Mary was ON POINT that night, sheesh!
The six words that take your soul "All of you come here now"!!!!!
Gordon saying to recommend a new restaurant always cracks me up 🤣
7:50 thats really satisfying
So smooth
3:23 Should I recommend something else?
-Yeah, a new restaurant
The little in-between interviews with the contestants would make you believe integrity, grace, and humility are words with no meanings in the world
1:41 the only time I've ever seen Ramsey speechless
I love that stare of disbelief from Gordon at the very beginning. Like he's waiting to see if he's really going to serve that.
Mary the MVP and the GOAT for taking over like that after she heard about the near fatal disaster that was that raw chicken.
1:42
He was so appalled, he stuttered.
4:40 I thought he was about to start spitting some bars
im ded, glad i foun d this commennt
Fucking brilliant
Somebody edit Gordon singing a song and have that at the beginning.
Should make one of Ramsay/Sous Chefs not noticing mistakes like Louross’ beef
That's been done years ago
Gordon calmly talking about how someone could have possibly gotten burnt, but then getting upset cuz the guy is flaky is interesting to see.
Waiter: should i recommend something else-
Gordon: recommend them a new restaurant
LMAO
I love Nedra hyping up Mary. Love it
"'Uh uh, I don't need no help.' Evidently you do cuz this is a clusterfuck"
Wait… the guests can just hear Gordon screaming at them the whole time? Lol is that part of the fun of eating during filming? Like dinner and a movie I guess
Dining with live entertainment
I would die for a place at the chef table lol
Mary was absolutely my favorite chef this season.
“Get it, bitch, get it!” 😂😂😂 I love it.
It's so wholesome how much respect Gordon has for the black jackets Compared to red and blue jackets
Racist against jackets!
*I HAVE A SEAM!*
Now they can say, "Our dishes were prepared by Gordon personally"...
3:01 why is there even rotten crab meat there
It was probably fine before but if not it was likely Gordon testing the contestants for making sure they do quality check. It's like how with the signature dishes he still puts canned food (which he hates) to see whose stupid enough to use it when there's access to fresh ingredients
Yeah but that is very risky
Likely there to test how good the contestants are at spotting raw food
It's actually worse when he doesn't bother to be piss or angry anymore
8:25 i love nedra so much 🥺
