    Been on keto diet for 4 months now, I am feeling the best both in terms of weight loss as well as mood / energy. 70-80% fat, 10-15% protein and 5-10% carbs, and eat as much raw veggies as I want as I don't count that under carbs percentage. Include intermittent fasting and exercise 3 times a week, life is so much better.

Everyone is now a days misguiding those people who want to loose weight but after this video I think most of us would at least have the knowledge abt calculating our own calories and have a proper calorie deficit.     Ma'am I am dieting with help of an dietitian and I follow the rules strictly but if I eat little amount of something out of my diet.....My weight gains....Ma'am I am 71 kg and 5'1 and I am 36 year old.....I am dieting with the help of dietitian for 3 years and about for 10 years I have been made
    my own diet.....But I am not getting any responses.....
    So Please reply and make a diet chart......Thanks for sharing your great ideas.....

      Your diet plan should be such that you can easily incorporate in your daily life....dieting is not about following a strict regimen it's about working a diet plan around your usual eating pattern...just eat healthy....eat what is in season and easily available...eat more of whole grains vegetables and fruits...yes I will start sharing some healthy diet plans for weight loss from next month
