      Hi Ranveer,
If you can make a podcast on nutrients supplements which we are taking along with a healthy diet coz of the gap in nutritional value in the food we are eating now because of use of pesticides or depleted soil quality.

At least he dedicates his life to bettering his own health and that of others, instead of making it a routine to focus one everyone else but himself, unlike some people who don’t have their priorities straight. He has a grasp on choice and value systems, which very few people understand.

My notes from the podcast :
    1) People have become more conscious about health after pandemic.
    2) You don't need to complicate things just focus on fundamentals first, two fundamentals are :
    i) Can you move your body consistently ? 10 pushups daily are better than have 100 pushups weekly on a day and then taking a weeks break.
ii) About nutrition : Can you keep your food 90% coming from nature ? 10% junk food is fine but keep 90% of your food coming from nature
    3) Hack : Avoid keeping processed food/sugar items in your home as much as possible. People from Dehli keep a lot of processed food at their home (as per Ranveer's observation) , this(and pollution) might also be the reason of increasing cardiovascular problems in Dehli
    4) They talked about bloating. Many times people are not fat but they are bloated. Bloating also affects the shape of your body and the way you look.
    5) Salt, sugar, fat are the things which makes us addictive to any junk food.
    6) Gut health : To reset your gut health either :
    i) Do fasting
ii) Cut away sugar and processed food for a week
    7) Fruit jucies are waste of money, they take away most of the good nutrients from furit.
Raw Fruit >>> Fresh Fruit Juice >> Packaged fruit juice
    8) Aim to lose fat not weight. Do fasting and not starving. Do everything in balance. Take care of your sleep.
    9) Meditate. Practice Mindfulness. Reflect.
    10) Two most important thing you can do to he healthy : i) Take enough sleep ii) Avoid chronic stress

This feels like a magnificent lecture on Health. I have watched it once casually and now watching it again to make notes old fashioned way with pen and paper. This podcast gives such positive vibes even when they talk about cancer. Visit the hospital where you take someone who just has common cold and the time you spend in the hospital will make you sick with its depressing vibe.

Hormonal Imbalance, inflammation is the root cause of every possible disease out there. It's time we learn to make better lifestyle choices. Accutane is banned in many countries but not in India, Ten years back I was on Accutane for six months and my hormonal acne came back after a year, it's only through the right lifestyle choices I got rid of my hormonal acne. I was one of the hardcore non-vegetarian but one day after my 1 hr of meditation I felt like I should not be eating meat anymore in anyform and I was suddenly felt that I had left with no choice of food, but in one months time and since I live in Delhi, and when the winter approaches I become the happiest person to experiment and eat lot of veggies and fruits and in another one months time I feel like not eating onion and garlic and I gave up that too, and I am completely fine and healthy infact I feel so light and happy inside. I just wanted to stay healthy but earlier it was so difficult without hitting gym. Also I am a big fan for all Indian food(local produce) including Desi fruits, coz I believe we should eat as per your geography and not what fancy coz it's food for your body which you have to digest and not for showcase. Also we should avoid eating Indian food getting experimenting with cheeze and other western or processed food. I feel sad when I see people exprementing food even in street. We have started eating for our taste buds and not for our health

Good episode. Luke makes some solid points. But there's focus only on junk foods. The issue with our diets is not only sugar, salt and processed foods. It is our carbohydrate heavy diet, and more frequent meals. In addition, most legumes, nuts contain inflammation inducing compounds called lectins. One inaccurate piece of information is when Luke says that only some people are intolerant to gluten or lactose. In reality, these things cause inflammation in all humans. Even those that don't show symptoms have inflammation going on and it rears it head later.

I truly love this conversation! Also I remember how Ranveer used to stubbornly advocate on whey protein but now he evolved so much to understand that every body is different and one can’t advocate 1 product to the whole human race! I could see how evolved the conversations are these days! If people get the conversation truly they will change their lifestyle.

Agree to everything except his view on Veganism and Spirituality. Makes me think his expertise is limited to health and fitness.
On a Spiritual level, Energy isn't just energy. Energy is Classified. There is bad energy and there is good Energy which we call it positive and negative. An Energy sent out with good Intent is positive, an energy sent out with a selfish motive or a bad intent is a bad energy. When you kill an animal for taste or food that isn't for your survival. You have just consumed an animal that wasn't willing to sacrifice himself for you. The First thing that happens when you consume a life is you become less empathic.

Either way people can be still calm and sane by being vegetarian or non vegetarian or vegan , it's all about the perception as luke mentioned :)
