Excellent..no one has ever explained calories in this manner..I guess it is going to change my life.. earlier I never understood why I should eat salad or fruits or drink sufficient water..but I am going to eat salad, fruits and drinks sufficient water now.. It is useful for overweight people too. I was 105kg used to get knee pains and even injured while running. I was 35 years old . I followed raw food and low carb diet for 2 months reduced 10kg. Then started walking and continuing low carb to lose another 10. And now exercising and running with normal diet..hopefully will lose another 10 to get to my ideal weight.
Not many calories can be burnt by work out its better to restrict your calories intake.you can work out also to remain in shape and attain a good body shape
@@rdff3231 do not binge on rice it is harmful for diabetic patients and weight gain also.if you are underweight and want to gain weight then you are allowed to eat rice in whatever quantity you want

@@nilofarshaikh3800 maam this weight loss without exercise is non sense. If u are having a well planned diet plan then you can lose weight only if you are on pretty huge weight acc to ur height. Otherwise you have to wake up and start training. I have been training from 4 months still it doesn't show up on my body but just my muscles inside body have increased.

@@rdff3231 do not binge on rice it is harmful for diabetic patients and weight gain also.if you are underweight and want to gain weight then you are allowed to eat rice in whatever quantity you want

Bhai ji ek baar apna sugar test bhi karwalo. Sometimes u even lose this much weight without exercise because your sugar levels are disturbed.

@@nilofarshaikh3800 maam this weight loss without exercise is non sense. If u are having a well planned diet plan then you can lose weight only if you are on pretty huge weight acc to ur height. Otherwise you have to wake up and start training. I have been training from 4 months still it doesn't show up on my body but just my muscles inside body have increased.
