I’ve just bought this treadmill and love it so far. My only gripe is that it doesn’t detail what each program is i.e fitness test, HIIT workout, endurance
You remove the red tag and you wi hear the treadmill beep and the screen will display ‘E7’. When that happens press both the program (P button) and the the Mode button (M button) at the same time and it will say either 0.6 which is miles or 1.0 which is kilometres. Hope that helped.
@@someone7481 I wouldn't recommend. I returned mine for full refund due to a persistent fault. Bought an exercise bike instead. Easier to maintain and takes up less room in the house.
Since I purchased my treadmill a week ago today, I have noticed the hand sign pointing to book Manual. Does anyone know what this means? I have checked my manual and Google snd nothing says why.
Of you can stretch to the little extra I would say the jet 200 is a far better option, I think it's about 450 in Argos at the min. The motor is better and you get a little extra incline and speed for your tougher workouts!
@@ryanbrown8048 I used to run a lot but I'm only after recovering from an injury after 5 years. I'll definitely see if I can stretch it or might just go for the gt40s
@@johncotton7528 If it was a straight toss-up between the 2 I would go for the jet 100 but purely based on the fact that I have used the jet series and they have been great (I can recommend). I could be wrong but I think they use the same motors on the 40s and the jet100, they are pretty much identical 🤷♂️

i had this treadmill before, it was not bad bud if you want really a good treadmill buy a Nordictrack. Nordictrack have beter options with Ifit live, demping is mutch better. the running space is bigger. Do research for the Nordictrack, and i tell you it's the best treadmill
Norditrack is extremely expensive in comparison to Reebok, spending between £1000.00 - £4000.00 is not affordable for the average person and also not necessary. I paid £599.00 inc warranty for my GB40s and it’s perfect for what I need.

I have just bought this and when set up and first turned on I'm getting a double thumping sound per rotation from the belt at the rear of the machine. Is this normal and will ease off as time goes by? Thanks
