I’m not a runner but one of my goals for 2024 was to be more active and running was the target. My physical resistance is horrible! I can lift weights but cardio is not my best. This video made me believe I can do it! At times I thought I could go faster for longer but I respected the video’s pace and honestly that’s what I needed to not give up. Thank you so much! I’ve just purchased a walking pad I’m nearly 63 and this was so helpful, I suffer with stiff joints and back when I wake and wanted something to get me moving .. I found this so easy to follow … my arms had pins and needles whilst doing it, is that normal? 😊

I think I nearly cried 😂 felt really hard like a torture but I love it! It changes from my other workouts. Needless to say you look fantastic so I follow you and will put more work into it!

I can't really run because of my poor stamina. I even lost the will to continue the 2nd interval but you motivated me to finish it. I don't have a treadmill so I was doing it outside. It was fun and had me disciplined! Thankyou for this!

This was a really fantastic workout. I have very little cardiovascular endurance so a lot of beginner workouts are still too challenging for me. This was the perfect blend of gentle and challenging.
