I run everyday but i only run a mile because i really hate running. So I’ve decided to start doing guided run workouts to find some thing to love and get rid of the daunting feeling that i always have before running . So thank you Sunny for this workout 🙏🏾
I’m 41 years old and I haven’t jogged or run in 13+ years. I found this video and thought I’d test the waters to see if I still had it in me. After a week of working out with this video, I am so proud to say that I am back in love with jogging and running. This video is fantastic for a beginner getting back into running, the time goes by so quickly and it’s so doable. I even increased my speed a little today. Thank you Sam and Sunny, I am hooked! It's my third day using the treadmill. For the first two days, I didn't follow a specific workout routine; I simply walked for 30 minutes, gradually increasing the speed. Initially, 20 minutes felt too slow, but after following your treadmill workout, I found that 20 minutes now feels like just 10 minutes! Thank you for this helpful video.

I’m not a runner but one of my goals for 2024 was to be more active and running was the target. My physical resistance is horrible! I can lift weights but cardio is not my best. This video made me believe I can do it! At times I thought I could go faster for longer but I respected the video’s pace and honestly that’s what I needed to not give up. Thank you so much! I’ve never tried a guided run. I’ve been struggling with my mental health and my weight has skyrocketed. I’ve been trying to find ways to eat healthy and workout. I’ve got the diet part down but couldn’t be consistent in the gym. Thank you Sunny! I finally have something to build off of. This workout was perfect for me! I currently weigh 238. This was a really fantastic workout. I have very little cardiovascular endurance so a lot of beginner workouts are still too challenging for me. This was the perfect blend of gentle and challenging.
Thank you! Have spina bifeda and prosthetic leg. My body was not made for running. 😁 I can't be heavy its painful. This helps so much with that pain. Important for me to move. Obviously have to modify this. I do it 5xs week love it. This means so much to me I know this video word for word lmao 🤣 Thank you Sam!❤ Also walk with my dog 3 xs a day 1 mile each time.

I can't really run because of my poor stamina. I even lost the will to continue the 2nd interval but you motivated me to finish it. I don't have a treadmill so I was doing it outside. It was fun and had me disciplined! Thankyou for this!
