I can get one bottle of Paula's to last me about a year. If you use it on the cotton ball or rounds, it will waste so much of the product. Just put a quarter size in my palm and massage it in to face and neck. This technique has helped break down some scars and hyperpigmentation, and the 30 bucks seems reasonable. I love this stuff.

You might hate me for this but clean&clear has one salicylic acid toner that gets the job done, though it reaks of alcohol but that doesn't bother me personally even though it might be irritating for others. I usually put it over a hydrating toner and under a vitamin C serum and calming moisturizer and my skin has never been better!
Edit: I've seen there's one for sensitive skin if you'd rather a nicer version. It's actually a "blackhead toner"

Hi Dr dray! I love your content! I would love for you to discuss about cosmetics treatments and when to start them. As a newly early 30s woman, there are mixed messages on when what and how to start treatments like Botox and face threads. I don't want to lose time but I also understand that starting too early would make it less efficient for me in the future to to do those things

Don't get on the injection/fillers train. You can't stop aging unless you die. Older women who have had years of that stuff look terrible. Instead, just take care of your skin and consistently use sunscreen. Spend the money on healthy food and exercise instead. Also, look into WHY you're worried about wrinkles. I'm not trying to be mean.....it's time women stop fearing nature.

Peach Slices also has a nice Azelaic Acid serum that is the same concentration as Paula's Choice and much less expensive ... especially now that Ulta has it buy one and get one at 40% off.

How can you use either of those product in conjunction with tretinoin?

You can try incorporating salicylic acid in your morning routine and then using tretinoin at night, if you can tolerate using both in the same day. Or simply use SA one night and tretinoin the next.

Just not at the same time. And beware of sensitivity, I can't use most acids when I am using tretinoin. Most people can though.

She mentions here that liquid exfoliants are good for people with Seber dermatitis
I was wondering if anybody in the comments list has the skin condition and also uses an exfoliate and can you give me some pointers? I’ve never used any exfoliating products on my skin and have facial dandruff.
