Reasons to move to the Philippine's? ... #1 Your quality of life, economics, women ... #2 and the thing that is never talked about = some are running away from something or have mental issues ... Not all youtuber's will be good guy's ... Just like in real life, some may have mental issues or be running away from something or turn out to be scam artist's.
Terry Hagan Wtf is wrong with your stupid brain ? Lol. He is saying somebody has to have a bad quality of life in their home country to move to such a shitty third world country like the Philippines.
I picked up a violation ticket the day before I flew back to the USA and could not go to pay the fine (ridding a motorbike in a bus lane - - I was turning right but the cop didn't give me any leeway...!). Could I be blacklisted for that on applying for a new visa?
+Nomadic In The Philippines if a day or 2 its just a fine but if its months then i think you will be blacklisted,, unless you got good reason to miss the deadline like in a coma stuck in hospital :-(
from what I hear I need a special kind of visa to live in the Philippines as an American citizen and I know I have to renew it after couple years I think to stay American citizen while living in the Philippines
Depends on why, how long and how much of a jerk you are. I've been a month late because I forgot to renew and paid a small fine and that was the end of it. I've known some that were two years late renewing their visa and if they can pay the fine and get a ticket to leave, they can, otherwise, they will spend an indefinite time in the immigration detention center. There is a bounty (reward) for turning in foreigners that overstay their visa. A Filipino can make 2,000 pesos per head. www.immigration.gov.ph/news/press-release/95-november-2014-press-releases/695-bi-launches-sa-immigration-magsumbong-reward-and-incentive-program
Can US military personnel be black listed if they are in the Philippines on a military exercise? How do they enter the country? Does the BIR know that they are there? They're docked at Olongopo. When they get off the ship, do they go through immigration?
A Filipino Landlady threatened to get me blacklisted over a rent dispute. I asked for a copy of the rent agreement which didn't exist but decided to pay the extra amount as I really couldn't deal with all the hassle. Cheers Ned really like your style.
+kelvin wilson It's your own fault. How can you be so naïve, irresponsible and financially immature at your age to not make sure you have a copy of a duo signed lease agreement with all the agreed upon terms with two witnesses signatures or a notary signature which is usually an attorney? If the Landlord doesn't have a lease then draft it up yourself like I do according to the New Philippine Civil law Code and then have them sign it. If they won't do that then it is their intention to ask you to leave the Apt or house when it is convenient for them. If you are staying longer term in the R.P. it is best to have good rapport with a qualified Filipino attorney at your beckon call, that is fair, honest, trusted by his piers and judges and has credibility and an excellent command of the laws and legal system. They can put a quick end to false accusations, scams, fraud and a whole host of other issues that may arise.
+clark henderson So true. I guess that I'm old fashioned - in the days when it was OK to shake hands on a gentleman's agreement. It was a short term let so no big deal - but your right always get it in writing and witnessed!
+kelvin wilson in ph i saw a rent agreement that looked like a 10 year old kid wrote it. it just said, you own me this much peso every month ant this address. so leaving out so much information such as damage and repairs that now all falls onto the renter. as it was not listed in the contract. so if the water supply stops working, its up to the renter to pay to fix and the land owner benefits as now you have had to fix his property to make it better and it not cost him any thing and you better hope the roof dont leak
kelvin wilson Didn't mean to be hard on you but it upsets me to see decent expats get manipulated. I remember the gentleman's handshake too. Unfortunately, those days are long behind us. Now we are in the days of everything needs to be in a contractual legally signed agreement so neither party is taken advantage of and less likely for breach of contract. Fortunately for you it was only a short stay on your part. Enjoy yourself sir.
Good topic! There are far too many foreigners giving decent guys a bad reputations for just being a foreigner. Those are the ones that make it difficult for the rest of use to co-exist with the Filipino general population and assimilate as best we can. Although, it is not unheard of Filipinos setting up foreigners by making false accusations. We still have to remember corruption runs deep from the municipalities all the way to the higher echelon of Philippine government. So we always have to be aware and vigilant of not only our surroundings, people we associate with, our behavior but our legal rights as a foreigner.
I'm curious to know what kinds of things said on Facebook would get you blacklisted? Is that for badmouthing the Philippines? Or for expressing political and/or religious views? It takes 5 years to become a naturalized Philippine Citizen - I would hate to get deported and blacklisted for something I said on Facebook! Todd.P
Ned a question for you brother. How do you keep your cool here? I have been here for 10 years and always TRY to keep my cool JUst curious how you do it.
+Ikz Chop Life is short no time for losing your cool, my best guess would be he knows losing his cool would result in something bad, other guess would be pink hulk theory , you would not like me when i am angry. Me i used local herbs and teas by day and Diazepam at night
what if the person is born in the philippines but his/her parent are foriegner.. do the person will get blacklisted or deported for being rude or violating the law?
Talking in the Philippines is risky. Ive been here 12 years and run smack into serious situations from officials. We can't talk about those things but here is some advice. Be careful of anyone including Immigration that says there is a way to get a longer visa with a little more money. Do not take any short cuts or "special treatment" with any Government agency. Never be too invested with the Philippines. You need to stay fluid able to pick up and leave at a moments notice. Things can go from years of peace to total chaos in minutes requiring you to split fast.
if you have a few seconds , would you mind answer in a question or two for me , I'm moving to the Philippines end of this month from America , are there any laws that are vastly different from the US that I should be aware of when I move? I haven't really been able to find any information on this
Off the top of my head: Libel and slander can get you into trouble even if it's true. And don't be in the company of non-relative kids here alone - there are laws against that to protect kids from pedos.
Philippine Dreams I'm sorry sir.. but libel have only apply to media who are spreading false report.. as far as I know it depend on ur city.. some area in ph they will question if white foreign having a minor companion.. it depend because of pedophile cases mostly done by foreign thats why police are vigilant..
Thank you TODD SMITH for the information, Tell Ned, Hey if you ever see him. It goes to that old saying. Don't start a problem, there won't be a problem. Take care blessings
Beer is cheep, Food is good, Weather is nice, Women are hot and friendly, if you come here without high expectations and take it easy you can live a great life here, if you come here and try to dictate on why this country doesnt do things that dont make sense to you then you will have a hard time, go with the flow and you will enjoy your life here if you choose to do so.
HI,,love your videos. I got a question for you or any of your subscribers if you dont mind.,I´m from UK and I have already been to phills twice in past 6 yrs each time for a 3 month stay. On previous visits i went on a 1 month return ticket and extended my visa´s. This inevitably meant i lost the cost of my return flight which made the trip expensive. My question is can i get in on a 2 or 3 month return flight ticket or one way with throw away and pay for or obtain an extension upon entry ? I´ve tried getting answers from Phills immigration website but to no avail. Cheers to all and keep up the good work.
When you enter philippines you get a visa that is good for 30 days now and after the 30 days you can extend your visa for 2 months until 3 years are up. Some imigration offices will offer a 6 month visa after the first 2 month extincion.
This is good information. I recently got scammed. I married a Filipina and brought her here on a K-1 fiancee visa. Shortly after the marriage I discovered she was just using me to get here. I got the annulment although they are appealing and they also filed a civil suit for damages. My question to you please......I reported the case to NBI Manila who forwarded to NBI Dipolog since thats where her family resides. Will NBI follow up with an investigation? USCIS - USA was also notified along with the the U.S Embassy. The conversations I discovered revealed a conspiracy with a ring of Filipinos living in the Chicago who help others bypass immigration laws. As you can see it's a mess. It's interesting to know from your video I have to watch what I say so I don't get black listed. It's just frustrating how this group of people took advantage of me. Thanks
ok then this is an update here for you ned in new england ....the PATRIOTS MOVE ON...no snow yet here in RI OR MASS....but i know you miss the snow...lol..congrats on a ring for michelle..you deserve eachother.peace
What if you live in the Philippines long enough with your family that you become a legal citizen with filipino passport and give up your home citizenship? Will you still get deported? Off course, for no grave crime, but something petty or silly, some legal procedure that you may have accidentally missed to follow, where you are not so wrong, something that can be taken care by your lawyer/legal firm?
+MV N If you renounce your home countries citizenship and go through the process of becoming a Philippine citizen you can not be deported and have all the same rights as a Filipino citizen. The only thing is you can not run for the Presidency. I am not certain about lower governmental offices though. Rather than be deported you would serve prison time for whatever offense you committed that broke the R.P. law if so ordered.
+littlesparrow34 depends on what you would call rich i know many expats who own rental property's resorts money not all that makes a man rich,Ned by the luck of the godz has a woman you can not put a price on. but yes the easy way to make a million peso's is bring two million
They shouldn't stifle genuine criticism. That's the way we make changes in the U.S. I sent a package to a friend in the Philippines. The duty includes the cost of the shipment added to the cost of the item. So if the package costs $50 to send that means if the goods inside the package are worth $100 the duty is assessed on $150. So therefore it's prohibitive to send anything to the Philippines unless the gift is worth $50 or less. Another thing is pilferage of goods. Or opening letters and stealing money. Archaeologists often look for what made certain civilizations stand out as being advanced for their time. Fidelity and trust in a postal service should also be included in that list a thousand years from now.
When in the Philippines, don't make a Filipino lose face. When he loses face, he will not care about his life or your life. Just don't be abusive and disrespectful, and you will be safe.
On the Mark S. issue (the German National). side note if any locals of Barrio Barretto or Olongapo believe anything I say is wrong here please correct me immediately. I love the Phil. and all those who have shown me more kindness than I deserve. Deeply, profoundly. What happened that night was horrific and Pemberton got off easy. There is no excuse for taking another life unless it threatens the innocent or your own life. In that order. From talking to the locals (some may disagree) Mark the German National was more focused on making it about him rather than the victim or her family. He was more incensed about making a political point than simply grieving. Mark not only tried to shame the Philippine Law Enforcement but worse he circumvented a grieving family's wishes for his own grandeur and 15 minutes of fame. I could say much more but I'm limited as a promise is a promise. 85 to 91 USMC Pemberton shamed me to but you don't see me making it about me.
if i have never been to the Philippines but met a girl online who scammed me and when i refused to send her additional money she threatened to blacklist me from going to the Philippines........ Is this possible?
I'M REtired military. i would love to mary a women from over seas that want to help me and invest in a business. i have lots of benefits to help take care of her and any kids she has. i have medical, vision, and dental. any ideas?
i am a dutch and if i see that dutch guy that made that cop cry i will kick him into the ocean. Of people go to netherlands and protest over there about national things they can do the same. This guy gives us such a bad rep. i am very happy that he is blacklisted!
I like the idea of offering financial reward to those who turn in illegal immigrants here in the U.S. Even though none of the illegals would ever be deported, at least a U.S. citizen would get something out of it.
Proposed Republic Act 42222 subsection Viii para. 8 will make it a deportable offense to wear sunglasses during vlogs unless the perpetrator lives in Angeles City in an apartment that rents for less than 10,000 pesos a month.
I over stayed my visa and nothen happen they just wanted to knpw why I over stay and u wont be blacklist if u obey they law and read up on it I travel all over
You follow the rules and then Customs at the Airport plants live ammo in your baggage to black mail you. If you do not pay around $1,000 USD you will be arrested, deported and blacklisted.
HAHA! Obviously filmed in the Philippines- the cock crowing, dog barking and pounding. Just moved back to the States after 9 years there & miss it- no matter how noisy it was.
+Dave Foster yeah i heard this very different brushing sound in ph, it is not a sound from a locust here in the u.s. that i have ever heard before, but it was coming from the trees and other bushes. and as i drive past and go another block, i hear it again. so yeah, it must be a bug
Agreed we are respectful people we should expect to be respected in return, We are human to. Why come to the Philippines if you can't respect us as humans not just a race. Philipines isn't like America if you disrespect one of us and one of the high Ranking officers they'll deport without going to court. Seen it happened trust me.
When I went the first time back home .I always minded .y own. buisness it's says in the airport pushers will be prosecuted.the. other thing. is as long as you're a decent and. good. Cool person why would. you wanna be deported I've had a great time and I want to stay when I retire that's why now that I'm here in the states in california I swore I was going back with enough money. this time so I can make a good impression on my family.because life there is hard and poverty is abundant. and people specially foreigners abuse filipima oh na. and that's not right yes they should get blacklisted as for me I want to go back and I will soon. godown willling.
can you Imagine that ? a country Inforceing thier immigration laws. hmmmm . in the states people enter illegally. thus breaking the law . And then even commit other crimes . And still not deported. but its respect for for the philipines law all the way. and I agree . for every country as well.
Removal from the Blacklist. We have a lot of clients who are blacklisted and they seek our legal help. What are your thoughts on the appeal process? Great video guys! filipinolawgroup.com/black-list-order-blo/
Immigration services are a racket in the Philippines though. Ask what the "express fee" is and why are you forced to pay it, you will get a smirk that means "it goes into our pockets" (indirectly). It SHOULD mean that it's voluntary for people who need the visa immediately and others who can wait shouldn't pay it and can get their visa after a few days. There are actually protests right now regarding the new boss of BI who enforces some discipline but obviously the immigration workers don't like that. Their salaries are excellent btw, so any talk of "oh they get paid so little" is complete non-sense.
You seem to have increased the amount of videos you are posting with a resulting less detailed and subject focus of you living in the Philippines. Matt Wilkie another expat (UK this time) has also increased his blogging upto 3 to 4 a week in his case, but he's indicating it is been done to increase his income from you tube. I don't object to you improving your income at all but please don't let it be at the expense of the normal superb quality of you normal "living in the Philippines" videos.
I have been to the Philippines. And i wouldn't give a shit if i was black listed ! But when i was there i respected there laws and i did watch what i said. But There are much better places you can go. I intend never to go back there again. To many women trying to scam you!
Funny our news outlets here in the Philippines only report countless WESTERNER SCAMMERS!!!! Scamming Aussie seniors by phone and using our innocent women.... Or are one of the scammers??? Pfft
So there is freedom of speech somewhat unless you are a foreigner in the philippines. But illegals can come to america and demand free services, protest and open a bank account. The stuff we put up with in america is kinda screwed up..
I am talking about the hispanics. Not filipinos, lol.Since i lived in san diego i saw plenty of that with mexicans scamming the system, even when i helped a legal filipino get a bank account at bank of america it seemed harder for her than an ILLEGAL mexican, lol ,what a joke.Even hear of guys who have very successful construction business in san diego and he admitted he had illegal mexicans living in his back yard when he started 20 years ago. Have you been to the US? Now a lot of the mexicans are scared and throwing a fit about Trump getting elected because they are worried he will send one of them or their many illegal relatives back to mexico. I know plenty of filipino nurses and they are usually the best workers in the hospital. Hispanics, now that is a different story ;).
You couldn't be more wrong. Philipinos with power can be thin skinned and will abuse any power avalable to punish anyone that angers them. Broken rules are just an excuse. A thousand pesos will fix any law a tourist is likely to break but piss off the wrong person and your done.
Can you imagine how big the black list would be in the US? Maybe we should get the Filipino folks to come handle our immigration problem...
General Rule if you are a Foreigner, OBEY THE RULEZ and Behave yourself. This apply to all countries.

C'mon man. The Philippines have the right to deport and blacklist who they want. Just watch what you say or do.
Good information.
Thanks again for a very informative video. Keep up the good work.
Thanks - new subscriber & moving there this summer (an American currently in Cambo).
Agree, if you go to Philippines, just respect their culture, their way of life, and their law, other than that, you pretty much do what ever you want.

+Gary Alan P.V.??? lol
+Gary Alan They say that about people moving to Alaska. They either are running from someone, or something, or from themselves.
+Gary Alan WE SCARE IMMIGRATION MASUMBONG.....
how do you say Quality of Life ....do you mean it improves or gets worse ?
Terry Hagan Wtf is wrong with your stupid brain ? Lol. He is saying somebody has to have a bad quality of life in their home country to move to such a shitty third world country like the Philippines.
Salamat for sharing. As always good information.
May i ask if one is overstaying, he still can be blacklisted and deported ryt away or BOI will be put in jail first?
do you live in Philippines all year round or are you a fly bye night?
I picked up a violation ticket the day before I flew back to the USA and could not go to pay the fine (ridding a motorbike in a bus lane - - I was turning right but the cop didn't give me any leeway...!). Could I be blacklisted for that on applying for a new visa?
I wonder how late you need to be on a visa renewal before they put you on a black list
+Nomadic In The Philippines if a day or 2 its just a fine but if its months then i think you will be blacklisted,, unless you got good reason to miss the deadline like in a coma stuck in hospital :-(
+Nomadic In The Philippines i think they would just fine you, i heard a story of an American so down on his luck they even dropped the fines
from what I hear I need a special kind of visa to live in the Philippines as an American citizen and I know I have to renew it after couple years I think to stay American citizen while living in the Philippines
No matter how long the overstay they don't black list you unless you have committed a crime.
How are you and Michelle? Based on your appearence you seems to be ok, but what about Michelle? I sure hope you both are fine.
Jeremy Parsons Bingo! I hear yah. How is your wife adapting to the US? Does she like it or is she homesick?
Thank you sir for another very informative vid.
The RP was a US territory in 1940. So would they not fall under the usa immigration laws at that time?
+clark henderson You're right. But, it also applies within our own countries.
so how do you remove yourself from being blacklisted
there must be order
I'm curious to know what kinds of things said on Facebook would get you blacklisted? Is that for badmouthing the Philippines? Or for expressing political and/or religious views? It takes 5 years to become a naturalized Philippine Citizen - I would hate to get deported and blacklisted for something I said on Facebook!
Todd.P
+Our Philippine Life , lol you better look back what you've written years ago.
+littlesparrow34 - LOL - Yeah, that's what I'm afraid of!
Ned a question for you brother. How do you keep your cool here?
I have been here for 10 years and always TRY to keep my cool
JUst curious how you do it.
+Ikz Chop Life is short no time for losing your cool, my best guess would be he knows losing his cool would result in something bad, other guess would be pink hulk theory , you would not like me when i am angry.
Me i used local herbs and teas by day and Diazepam at night
Pilsen. Lots and lots of Pilsen....
+Philippine Dreams beer Lol have not heard the word pilsen in many years
what if the person is born in the philippines but his/her parent are foriegner.. do the person will get blacklisted or deported for being rude or violating the law?
Talking in the Philippines is risky. Ive been here 12 years and run smack into serious situations from officials. We can't talk about those things but here is some advice. Be careful of anyone including Immigration that says there is a way to get a longer visa with a little more money. Do not take any short cuts or "special treatment" with any Government agency. Never be too invested with the Philippines. You need to stay fluid able to pick up and leave at a moments notice. Things can go from years of peace to total chaos in minutes requiring you to split fast.
Louis Becke ..Another important point..NEVER EVER in any circumstances discuss your private business with ANYONE !!!!!!!
Louis Becke h
if you have a few seconds , would you mind answer in a question or two for me , I'm moving to the Philippines end of this month from America , are there any laws that are vastly different from the US that I should be aware of when I move?
Take care blessings
you did noy say what can get u blacklisted
Beer is cheep, Food is good, Weather is nice, Women are hot and friendly, if you come here without high expectations and take it easy you can live a great life here, if you come here and try to dictate on why this country doesnt do things that dont make sense to you then you will have a hard time, go with the flow and you will enjoy your life here if you choose to do so.
Hopefully we can add PV to that list (black)
I first thought the background noise was the percussion introduction to the Girl from Ipanepa. :)
Follow the rules of the land respect the people and yourself. If you dont like the place dont be rude just pack up and leave.
Wow lots of shoes there !!
Why incognito sunglasses!!
Was that necessory to make tatto of STD?
Interesting video.
Thanks
+Doug Staples Thanks for sharing that and I'm sorry that happened to you. People really have to take things slow when it comes to stuff like this.
what will happen if u got blacklisted for not paying your stay there and you try to get back in the country
how long is blacklist if u overstayed 20 months
great video Ned :)
Nice, informative video. The comments section seems to take on a life of its own though. LOL
ok then this is an update here for you ned in new england ....the PATRIOTS MOVE ON...no snow yet here in RI OR MASS....but i know you miss the snow...lol..congrats on a ring for michelle..you deserve eachother.peace

Who the hell thumbs down valuable information?
+darkage5 people on Neds aka Ted black list
+van Turner People can ban people from commenting, they can still watch and dis like
Yep. I got me own blacklist!
+Philippine Dreams yeah wish you used it on Peter and all his fake accounts a well.
I have enjoyed your vlogs very much, and wish you the best.
how not to be blacklisted/persona-non-grata and undesirable alien be a good person and follow the rules and laws.
+clark henderson you can run for office a pro basket ball player did this.but that was long ago
steve o Thanks for the input. I will check on the recent law because now I am curious. LOL.
+steve o , to get rich quick in the Philippines is to be a politician , some said it.
+littlesparrow34 depends on what you would call rich i know many expats who own rental property's resorts money not all that makes a man rich,Ned by the luck of the godz has a woman you can not put a price on. but yes the easy way to make a million peso's is bring two million
You have a lot of shoes there
+van Turner Shoes and bags! Every filipina is another Imelda Marcos!
Why Todd Smith?
Well, this is all rather awkward....
LOL its all good. Its funny because i'm dating a girl in Cebu.
I didn't know Beavis got deported.
+iliketheodds Yep.
Having trouble Southeast Asia. I would never want to be a member of a club that would accept me fantastic videos you always have great ones
When in the Philippines, don't make a Filipino lose face. When he loses face, he will not care about his life or your life. Just don't be abusive and disrespectful, and you will be safe.
Rod De La Cueva Really? Is this advice for tourists?
This is an interesting video.
I'm red enemy at Yokosuka,Zama camp,Yokota,Atsughi and Ropponghi city.
Philippines are most cool people .
Tell us something we don’t know
All u have said
Would happen in almost any country I. The world
Boreing
if i have never been to the Philippines but met a girl online who scammed me and when i refused to send her additional money she threatened to blacklist me from going to the Philippines........
Is this possible?
robert vargas Nope.
I'M REtired military. i would love to mary a women from over seas that want to help me and invest in a business. i have lots of benefits to help take care of her and any kids she has. i have medical, vision, and dental. any ideas?
Ned, you're such a nice guy they're gonna white list you!
Oh, I ain't so nice...... bwahahaha!!
Philippine Dreams u mentioned time limits for bl . i dont think that applies if owing money
i am a dutch and if i see that dutch guy that made that cop cry i will kick him into the ocean.
Brushing sound is an insect.
+Dave Foster yeah i heard this very different brushing sound in ph, it is not a sound from a locust here in the u.s. that i have ever heard before, but it was coming from the trees and other bushes. and as i drive past and go another block, i hear it again. so yeah, it must be a bug
NOT CRIMINAL OVERSTAY OK NO PROBLEM YOU ARE GOOD JUST PAY THE VISA OR FINE OK
That guy should have served time in jail before he was thrown out
It seems to me alot of this is Common sence
I wish Canada adopted this idea.
The Thai guy who got deported for making offensive statements is a bit too extreme.
Viva Duterte!
Ned, dont you get tired of speaking brother?
I couldnt speak as much as you hahahaha
It's all the shabu.
Agreed we are respectful people we should expect to be respected in return, We are human to. Why come to the Philippines if you can't respect us as humans not just a race. Philipines isn't like America if you disrespect one of us and one of the high Ranking officers they'll deport without going to court. Seen it happened trust me.
When I went the first time back home .I always minded .y own. buisness it's says in the airport pushers will be prosecuted.the. other thing. is as long as you're a decent and. good. Cool person why would. you wanna be deported I've had a great time and I want to stay when I retire that's why now that I'm here in the states in california I swore I was going back with enough money. this time so I can make a good impression on my family.because
life there is hard and poverty is abundant. and people specially foreigners abuse filipima oh na. and that's not right yes they should get blacklisted as for me I want to go back and I will soon. godown willling.
Thanks - the more i know, the less im interested in going to this dystopian hell!🤔😣
Some visitors/people assumed BI rules can be bribes.
good to know... thanks
I listend the victim under McCarthyizm.
can you Imagine that ? a country Inforceing thier immigration laws.
hmmmm . in the states people enter illegally. thus breaking the law .
Why are many of your clients blacklisted? How quick can you get them off the black list?
The house you buy isn't yours, it's hers. So be careful what you buy.
I have to maintain the low standards I set for myself!
Pfft
i am want to know what is black list dnt need know about others get to the point. I think u just like hearing urself talk
So there is freedom of speech somewhat unless you are a foreigner in the philippines. But illegals can come to america and demand free services, protest and open a bank account. The stuff we put up with in america is kinda screwed up..
+J J I consider myself very lucky to be American.
Royer 714 Psssst. Filipinos, not Philipinos. You comment like you know everything about the Philippines yet you don't even know how to spell.
you are soely WRONG did some little city girl do you wrong?????
On a lighter note...
RESPECT THE PEOPLE THE PHILIPPINE BCOZ WE BLOCKLISTED PERMANENTLY
want to bang on the drum allday....lol
I'm an enemy,Overseas,Tokyo...
Even if you are polite and respectful to Filipinos they will still be mean and nasty to you.
