You are a genius… thank you so much for your time plus a perfect video editing . Great choice of sound and night quality video. The world needs more people like you.
I used the permanent vinyl for the circut at Walmart I went with the darkest gloss black they have and used to wrap my chevy emblem on my front it's been on there for almost 2 years no fading no shrinkage I think I paid like 6$ for the vinyl and it came with white red black blue and green so I think it was better then pay 100$ for someone to wrap it or paying 60-80$ for a new emblem and the vinyl comes in many other colors and designs
HI! THANK YOU FOR THIS TIP ! I AM GOING TO DO THIS FOR MY HUSBANDS 2011 CAMARO SS RS. BY THE WAY WHEN I SAW YOUR NEIGHBORHOOD IT LOOKED LIKE OHIO TO ME, THEN I SAW YOUR PLATE! I AM FROM BOARDMAN, OH BUT LIVE IN DALLAS,TX. THANKS SO MUCH!
I just saw another one where the guy used a "tuck tool"... looks like a letter opener/small spatula made of hard plastic. Might be easier than the card. (I actually just used red Plasti Dip on my black bowties for my all black '23 Camaro 3LT... but took off the bowtie area so it's a black bowtie and red on the chrome outline. Not really confident it will hold on the chrome though. This vinyl looks more reliable/durable... good video.)
In my experience the heat helps it form over the decal and helps it stick better. So technicially no i guess not but I highly recommend it if you want better results.
@@matroxbruh, I don’t care if you live on a roof of a sky scraper … Common sense would be too….. Im sure you have common sense to “move your car” somewhere that has a …..outlet… nearby…. How old are you ? 12?
Lol I installed mine and I was trippin because it looks great just not perfect but I did the same thing stood back 3 feet and said it looks good from here
Entire car was around 2000, ive seen it vary up to 5000 plus. places will do just the hood or roof or mirrors/wings dont have to do the entire vehicle. If you google 3m or avery dennison vinyl wrap you can find so many different options

Jesus loves you alot trust in His death 4 salvation and be saved from eternal hell ❤ Jesus died on the cross for you bro.
You used the cricut vinyl? Like that machine that people use to make decals and stuff ?
@kapfe9657
Yes and it's still just as bright as the day I put it on and hasn't shrunk or sun faded or dry cracks
@@dustyburch1516Did you apply heat to the cricut vinyl? I’m about to do my bow ties orange. Thanks.
@K5ATA no I did I just used a piece big enough and applied it very slowly with a old gift card and a razor blade to cut the extra over lay off

Cant vinyl wrap my emblem since it houses lane detection/cruise control sensors so i used tint wrap and it works just fine

What if you heat gun won't reach the car. Is heat mandatory?
In my experience the heat helps it form over the decal and helps it stick better. So technicially no i guess not but I highly recommend it if you want better results.
There's cordless ones... or use hair dryer on low/medium.
Use an extension cord lmao
@@BoiBlaketh Yeh...I'll run an extension cord from a 19th floor condo out to the parking lot.

Thank you. I will be trying this!!!
Thank you for this! I’ll try to do mine soon too on my 4Runner
You did the easy way - do the outside and those corners lol - different story there
Would an art or craft store sell this in sheets?
Not sure about that they sell small sheets in auto parts stores but usually in just a few colors

How much dud it cost to get your car covered? Great clip. Wife wants to get her bow tie covered like yours. But that new cayenne orange. 👍

EBay has 2 pieces for about $7 - enough to do front and rear emblems.
Thanks
Good job. Thanks
What vinyl did you use ?!
Same as the rest of the vehicle which is avery dennison gloss lime green
Ty, looks good
Bad job at the corners. Will come off
I didn't know the emblem for Chevy is called a bow tie smh.😂😂 learn something new everyday
