There is nothing to overcome, become, or to be undone. Yes! Self talking and the Now that I am can only speak to my own infinite conscious presence. One can not work one’s way up to the absolute because One is the Absolute. The Absolute doesn’t even have a perspective. Now, or the Absolute - none of these words really do the job - is undimensional, no reference points. Another word for the Absolute is Existence. Nothing caused Existence, as it would have had to exist! There is no Power of Now, just Power that is Now, literally!!! There is no we, no us, no those people, our people, etc. There appear to be bodies, ideas if you will, as consciousness is all inclusive and indivisible, they are merely ideas, and have no independent substance of their own. Again, to speak of what is real, valid, One has to start with what actually IS. In reality, as You know there is no choice to be made. Anything that seems to come forth within the framework of time has no foundation in reality. Now is not a time. Time would be when it is not Now. It is never not Now. There is no prior to Now. Take away all words, all apparent doctrines, all methods and approaches and it has no impact on that which is history-less. Start with what IS and even the idea that one “started” is not here! There’s no disagreement, because there is no other at all. Now is already now, the Present is already present, Reality is already real. The Absolute, is not a higher self but the only Self. Rupert was slightly confusing on this point but if you listen again he is saying the same as Francis. There is an unformed reality which is timeless and spaceless which Rupert is calling vibration. The appearance of the five senses plus thought, fabricates an apparent world from this potentiality. Of course, the five senses or thought don't belong to a person infact we could say that the senses and thought are the apparent world. People don't have senses, the senses have people. Attention (senses) turned away from a particular perception leave it in its natural state of pure potentiality. So yes, there is no apparent world without the senses.
Another way to say the same thing and is in line with quantum physics, is that without an observer (senses) there is no observed. Observer and observed are one.
When watching a horror movie, I shut my eyes to the scary part that it is so unbearable emotionally, just like how he rest in his being at the surgery.

How the consciousness may vibrate? It is dimensionless. I am consciousness I don't vibrate. For consciousness point of view nothing other than consciousness.
