Once Ramana Maharshi was asked "If everything in our life is like a dream, then we meeting our Guru / Master should also be a dream?" Maharshi's answer was "Certainly, your Guru is also a dream; but he is the tiger coming in your dream with whose roar you wake up from the dream!!"
Rupert Spira is yet another tiger who helps all of us to wake up from the dream and embrace the reality!!...

    Excellent video
We are lucky that Rupert is here amongst us to explain spirituality in a simple and easy way to understand and this is because he is a master of spirituality himself!
He has demystified spirituality and presented it in a modern day version
For so long it has been shrouded in secrecy, only available to the select few
Now it is readily available for anyone if they are genuinely interested 👍😀

Thought and feeling has covered infinite knowing with so many ideas. The most fundamental of those ideas is that knowing is located in and identical to the body. And that makes it seem that the world is made out of something other than myself, other than knowing, and the name we give to that 'other than myself' is matter. The primary mistake from which all suffering arises is the idea that there can be something or somebody apart from what I am, there are two realities, I and the world. That this is not true must be experienced again and again, to dissolve the structure of the mindmade world.
Ruperts reasoning is crystal clear and his call for experience is absolutely necessary to pull us away from concepts towards knowing 💞

Please understand that this is all Islamic thought of inner (Batin) the opposite of Outer (Zahir) orthodox Islam. My concern is that most young people will confuse this for outer practice of Islam which is still needed to be a Muslim. The inner and outer comes as balancing over time. One must do one at a time but know both are needed. I thank Rupert for shedding his inner light upon the world.

I am an Ex-Muslim. There is no such saying of so-called Prophet Muhammad to which Rupert is referring. I am a fan of Rupert but like to point out that all the Quran and sayings of Muhammad refers to a separate Allah, the creator and separate world and all living and non-living things. Can Rupert or anyone give a reference of any such saying of Muhammad?
It is attributed to Muhammad by some Sufis but neither Quran nor any hadith has such words to which Rupert is referring in this video. Muhammad was a war lord who killed his opponents and raped their women. How any good person like Rupert send peace and blessing on such an evil person like Muhammad?

Rupert must attribute that saying to Ibn e Arabi and not to Muhammad. Quran which is claimed to be literal word of God doesn't have any thing similar to it rather it is full of a concept of Allah a creator and everything else as His creation separate from Him. No hadith (sayings of so called prophet) says anything similar to that either. So it is a lie to attribute such sophisticated thought to a murderer and a rapist.
