  • Happy Stretching Day! Last Day of our Challenge - Week 3, Well done TEAM, I'm so proud of all of you who are so committed to working out every day during the challenge. Today we're going to stretch our sore muscles and help our bodies recover with this 15 min recovery stretch workout. Treat yourself to some self-love today, you'll feel amazing for it :)

      I am unable to run with ease my legs are extremely sore Even if I get relieved of the pain it comes back very fast so I am unable to run please help me how to come out of this situation I need to finish 1600m in 630 seconds to get a job but I am unable to do it or even able to initiate it properly do guide me please 🥺

    Thank you Anna❤️, I have a little trouble taking days of recovery I even remember the last time, I think it's been months since I took any. I always want to play sport and I don't know how to avoid giving in to temptation.
    Today I'm going to try not to play sports but it will be complicated I think that before the end of the day I will crack and do one of your sports videos.

      @@growingannanasI am 15 years old and I am full of energy it is very difficult for me to stay still, I have to let off steam, that I play sports. But I will try to listen to your advice and try to give myself a day off once in a while even if for that I will have to face a superhuman effort.

    I've only started working out a couple days ago and I'm trying to do a little everyday, instead of a lot only a couple of days. And during my rest days I feel guilty and think I'm going to fall out of habit. This really helped and will continue using this video

    Thank you so much for this wonderful class , the music filled me with so much joy and I was well impressed with the exercises as we stay in position and this allows a better stretch. I am trying out new classes , just beautiful. I will defiantly do this class from the beginning but this was a great stretch for me to do my splits class.
